Yamaha Fazer 1000-07 model

Hi frenz... Juz want to check for those guys who are riding the fazer 1000 07 model. Here i would like to enquiry something. I wish to change my end can but when i look at the manifold, theres is this thing which is call the EXUP system. My question is-

 

1) Is theres any disadvantage after i've change my end can?

example- power decreasing, power effected and etc...

2) Do i nid to remove the EXUP system if i wish to change the end can?

3) Do i nid to install Power Commander after i've change the end can?
