where to buy putty

would like to know where i can buy putty.. i sanded my some parts using a sanding machine, but some certain areas are quite uneven.. (like face with pimple scars, ok i think you guys get what i mean)

would like to put putty to even it out.. any idea exactly where i can get it?

i have a small can of kamgaroo putty...u can use it...dont need to buy

mayb u can try those DIY shops like homefix or selfix. guess they do carry it

What parts? If the scars are caused by using a too coarse grit sandpaper, you should use a finer grit one to remove it. e.g. 200-400-600

 

Bigger number, finer.

 

If u really need putty, try soft99 bumper putty available @ mustafa. but this for not too deep.

 

For really deep to mending holes, try using epoxy putty.

Polybest putty is great ... It has 2 parts n has to be mixed... Most shops dat sell Automotive paints have dis putty ...

yup.. use the putty which need to be mixed with the hardener.

(when u buy the putty u will get the hardener also.)

polybest putty is the 1 that u mix dewn become like fiberglass like that is it?? i 4get the name of the putty i use las time...

Aradite..... Homefix or other DIY shop. Depending on wat material you using for. Best effect is spray after you finish with wat you done. Cos the main colour is grey for metal.

guys, how to repair my undertray??? its cracking.... and hw come the undertray like so danm soft sia..... haiz.... any ways to make it abit harder and cover back e crackss/?

All fairing is soft. i doubt so u can get putty from Homefix shop. i have check with e shop located at marina square,they dun have it at all. besides. it's ex. u can try at industrial park area where there r hard ward shop.

 

if i m not wrong, there r 2 type of putty.

1) Putty without mixing with harderner

2) Putty with mixture of harderner.

 

i used to fix my fairing with this 2 harderner.

pls tk note on putty with harderner, u have to mix e harderner evenly and apply it fast n avoid wind, under the hot sun as it will dry up very very fast.
