happy 125.. Yes there are... It is an option to purchase when I bought my 13 two years ago but it is expensive... if my memory serve me correct, it is close to 1k. The panniser brand is "krauser", it is siminlar to those pannsiers you saw on the TP diversion bike.

 

The pannisers might stilll be available at Heong Leong or you might want to try Loois or motorworld... Alternatively, you might want to go for "Hecpo and Becker"

bro...been looking high & low for you. How was ur exams result?? out already??

 

u can get tyres of any brands depending on conpounds & uses.

some uses metzeller M1, some use dunlop & some use bridgestone bt090/020. prices vary leh...but the sizing u must take note. fronts 120/60 ,rear 160/60 or rears on 150/60....

 

cheaper? LIM AH BOY?? alternatively at motoworld, or u can try ang mo kio tech park 2...ask the shops there....

i never tried bt20 but i used bt090...good tires though soft compounds means faster wear off...

 

will be trying dunlop 010 soon...heard it is a good tyre with dual compounds...

Back this morning.

Planning to take my bike for a ride.

Remove the bike cover, turn-on the key, pressed the start button, engine did not fire-up.

Tried a few times, no luck.

First thought, battery dead, cause about a week never fire-up.

Pushed bike, sweating like **** no luck.

Gave up!

Parked bike...one more try, open the choke.

Fire-up at first try.

Alamak, early morning exercise man.

Never had to open choke since first day, so never thought of it.

Always learning....

Just hold the throttle for a few seconds, and it will keep rumbling.

Set the idle-speed higher also help.

Is this a "unique" quality for XJR1300?

 

Discovered my season parking ticket got stolen today, what the hell.

The bugger cut the top-end of the holder. And I paid till end of year.

I should be able to get replacement easily, no hussle?

 

When the parking warden make their rounds, do they really look at those parking coupon. I think not, they have a record who the season holders are, am I right?

With the last gathering cancelled due to poor response, I decided to plan for another one here in 2nd Week Of November 2007, dated 11th November 2007.

 

 

Tittle: Intro Night for XJR4/13.

Venue: u decide! yes! u decide! (We vote!!!)

Day: Sunday Evening.

Time: 1800 hours onwards.

Landmark: Depends on the venue...So the power is in you! Yes, in you!!!

 

 

Fellow XJRS4/13,

Lets gather. The last one being in August 2007, consisting of myself & two friendly 13s, wolfener & happy125. Other than that, countless gathering & meet-ups between me & xjr_riderz & koko*, for makans & Hari Raya 07 Visits.

 

With commitments & busy work schedules, I know it can be a drag to come & gather. But the experience will be worthwhile….

 

With us always being surrounded by you-know-sporefavebikey & being unfairly compared with, mocked by friends & mechs( I even kenna shoot by Yuh Loong boss, whom claimed that most XJR comes from his shop at Upp Seranggoon), I took all that in my stride, becos, I want to be different.

 

With the riders, we can all share our stress & headaches(or is that heart-aches??) to dispel & tell-apart the truth from rumours & facts. The riders could share their experiences & common probs faced so as to kick away that sad frown on your faces!!

So for married couples, get your other better half come along to the gatherings….Bring your gfs & friends too, they can help us spread the word & witness the occasion too. With the monsoon season coming, this could be a chance for the riders to come in as a whole where we can intro ourselves, talk & discuss, take pixs & post at the forum too!

 

So hopefully you can join in…one more thingy...

We are also residing all over the island, from Wdlands to Jurong, from Hougangs & AMK to Tamp too…so choose a venue where we can congregate fair & just.
