after riding 40min, at a speed of 110km/hr, coming out from the highway about to stop at a traffic light. i could feel the heat from inside the fairing and the bike stalled at neutral gear when i stopped. i have already change the radiator and coolant the day before, but the bike still stalled when idleing, help me...

Is it difficult (like your kickstart tighter/more resistance when kick starting) or cannot kickstart at all after stalling?

i use to encounter a problem that my engine stalled suddenly.. after doing alot alot of troubleshooting.. it was the ignition switch faulty .. whenever i brake or horn any use of the batt the bike will stall

these sound likea lean mix problem...

symptoms: hard to start...need to use choke and throttle hard for a couple of minutes to idle properly ..

stall at junction during idling...need to throttle hard to prevent it from stalling..

spark plug electrods whitish anddry looking.

 

remedy: adjust fuel mixto richer..

check for air leakages from carb to engine...leakages of air during riding in to system makes mix lean..

 

have this problem rectified ..prolong use of lean mix may lead to piston problems..esp hole in piston..

lean mix is too much air over fuel causes it being too lean .. the bike gets hotter which leads to detonation lor ... too little 2t and lean settings cld be cause of lean mixture also ...
