7D/6N Songkran Festival April 2009 @ Phuket + Phuket Bike week

Date: 10 - 16 Apr 2009

Closing date: 01 FEB 2009 2359hrs OR Rooms fully taken up

 

Meeting Point: Galang Patah Esso (Northbound)

 

Meeting Date: 10th April 2009 (Friday)

 

Meeting Time: 0045hrs(12.45am), move out 0130hrs (1.30am SHARP)

 

Travelling Speed: 110KM/h min

 

Total Milage: 3000KM Estimated

 

4N Stay @ Phuket (Patong Beach) + 2N Stay @ Hatyai at S$180-S$220/pax (twin sharing per room) (Exact price to be confirmed)

 

Travel insurance can be arranged for all participants also.

 

Deposit of S$100/pax required after closing date to confirm slot. Will be booking rooms in early Feb.

12 Apr 2009 - Phuket Bike Week & Water War Starts! (No ride after lunch)

13 Apr 2009 - Songkran Day (No Ride Day)

14 Apr 2009 - Sightseeing @ Phuket

15 Apr 2009 - Depart Phuket For Hatyai (480KM) (Traditional Charcoal Steamboat Dinner included)

16 Apr 2009 - Depart Hatyai for home (900KM)

 

Requirements:

- Bikes: 400cc and above

- Pillions allowed.

- Bike must be in good condition, notably brakes, drivetrain, tyres.

 

Group Size safety limit: 20 pax or 10 rooms, whichever comes first.

 

 

FOR SAFETY REASONS: There will be a no ride period imposed on the group from 12 April after lunch till 13 April 2359hrs for safety reasons due to the water war.

Phuket 4 nights, Hatyai 2 nights stay, total about S$180 to S$220???? So cheap? Did I read correctly, Palmer?
