a match at west ham always like that..good enough the red devils got the 3 points and extended their minutes without conceding a goal record..:) Mourinho was there to watch so i guess no matter how big his mouth is..he is still afraid of manchester united..ahaha..

when Chelsea was under Mourinho, United was not good enuff but this season is diff. we got Berba, Tevez, the twins n the team r gelling real well. nvr mind whoeva is injured we still got capable replacement to fit the bill n tht was xciting. yesterday Ryan goal was a killer n thnks to Scholes for his vision. the legends r making this happenings. it was a movement of brilliant by Ryan. i hope United will keep on winning & see off Liverpool n Arsenal whr we lost in the 1st meeting. ;)

Ya...but of all four..i pity ARSEnal cuz they have great players but all injured...if not..they cud rival Man United...But its time for revenge when Liverlesspool and ARSEnal come to OTF later.

Arsenal has great players but they're injury prone and they have a small squad, both can be avoided so honestly I don't pity them. They know their weaknesses but refuse to address them.

arse-nal is forever buying players for the future.. but they cannot perform in the present..

liver-boo is forever turning the corner.. turn until they giddy and sell keane at a big loss..

chel-ski is a deathbed for managers.. i bet they will even sack sir alex if he manages them and wins the quad with chel-ski...

Arsenal is good cos of Wenger. But in view, he's more suited as a youth team coach. Need I say more? I don't think they have great players since they have monkeys such as Gallas and worse, Eboue running amock, how great a team can they be? Yes, decent players they have. But once out of control, it's not worth looking at.

 

Chelsea lacks something called authority of the manager. With so many fine players at disposal, it's just a matter of finding the right blend of formation. Then again, sulkers like Anelka and Drogba don't do the team any good. The core of their problem comes from their source of financial source. You know who. If trophies can be bought with money, Mancester City wouldn't be at the wrong end of the table.

 

Liverpool? Their manager is their downfall. His method would have worked rather effectively in a virtual game of Football Manager but in the real world, not. He's not the best candidate at mind games, not to mention the likes of SAF, he does not even match up to Wenger.

 

The french legion in Arsenal, portuguese in Chelsea, spain in Liverpool, not a very nice thing to have. At least 2 of them has England players as Captain.

About Aston Villa, Abgonlahor, Young, Barry not outstanding enough? They maybe pretenders now but I do believe with the way Martin O'Neil is managing and assembling his squad that club will become a genuine contender for the league within the next 2-3 years. Villa shows the way for clubs with a medium sized budget to go.

they are good players but their teammates are just average players..i feel its just one season wonder like everton and spurs, unless they can mount a serious title challenge next season

Hmm but there's a difference between Villa and Everton and Spurs.

 

Everton, main problem is that they have no money, but manager is solid and has the last word on signings. Hence, they get by with small buys and hope they prove to be bargains.

 

Spurs, spends money like water but changes half the squad and their manager every season. Manager has not much control over signings. Lack of internal stability.

 

Villa, good manager with control over club affairs and armed with a decent budget, owner who has the pockets to supply that budget and the wisdom to stay out of the limelight, evident team building process over the past few years.

 

In any case, neither of us can be proved right or wrong till next season so let's call it a day eh? :angel:
