Need yur advise Audio Amplifier

Guys,

 

I'm dealing with this Audio Amp Chip Lm4919. I used SMT components i did everythings in-house (In sch) like fabrication,assembly and testing...

 

Under testing of the circuit, it might work when hand is near or contact on the circuit....why??

 

Another question is, i want to do a schematic diagram for stimulation but my sch software dont have such chip that I using.... How can I do it?

 

I need yur acknowledge to salvage my proj..

mayB due to improper groundings?mayB thats why ur hands might act as a ground....If have capacitotrs,are they discharing and charging properly...?
