front/side is joined together by screws. It will not join up properly if u dun use the whole set

miss the siting posture of aprilia and rideability but not the engine performance.

 

though i do not ride aprilia anymore, i would strongly recommend x1-r for you guys. it is more than performance, it is liquid engineering!

it depend on wat carb u r using . . . for 28mm carb the adjustment is on the left, 34mm is on the right . . . u can see quite clearly as its the biggest screw/knob at the side of ur carb . . . hope this help . . .

not exactly the whole set but the front portion which is attach to the front cowling . . . example ur front cowling bracket and both of ur side fairing assembly need to change to the new model for correct fitment to ur new front cowling . . . unless u r willing to do some physical mod to ur existing fairing to fit it in . . . which most bikeshop won't bother to mod . . . most of the time they will ask u to change the whole set . . . easlier for them tat way . . .

What the hell is liquid engineering? So if i change to x1-r,would it be downgrade or upgrade?

? not the bike x1r lah, the x1r im saying is a oil addictive meant to be added to your gear oil or normal engine oil. it's effect is to reduce friction. make metal touch metal lesser , in result X number of times the engine works u get more horse.

buy 06 meter , harness , speedo sensor , rear brake calieper , rear caliper bracket and u can do the conversion

 

much cheaper to get a 2nd hand meter
