For you, I don't recommend that you drink any.

 

For your bike, it all depends on what you are comfortable with. I am currently using Silkolene Comp 2 Plus for my 2T, and I don't use 4T for my bike. I use gear oil. Silkolene SRG75.

 

Different people have different preferences, so, if you just wanna stick to something someone is familiar with, you can try what I am using. If you're a little more adventurous and wanna explore your options, you may find out from others what they are using and you may wanna try it yourself.

In my opinion, the range is actually very much wider depending upon the date of registration of the bike, and the condition it is in.

 

I have seen Aprilia's being sold at 1k, but in VERY bad condition, and very new Aprilia's being sold at about 8.5k.

 

So, I would have given him a MUCH wider range.

 

We have a member in here who actually deal's with Aprilia's. If you're really interested in purchasing one, perhaps you could look him up after you have done your homework and really decided that you want to have an Aprilia?

Keen in my dictionary means interested and with money. I am not a bike shop or a bank to do reloan for you. So bear in mind, when you approach i expect you to have the cash to pay for whatever bike you want.

What exactly are you changing? Why dont you ask him exactly what he is doing for you?

New vertex/ProX piston =>$180

Engine Gaskets=>$25

Coolant=>$12

Labour=>$60

 

It doesnt go beyond $300 unless u're changing to a 2ndhand block as well.. OR you're using the stock Aprilia Rotax Piston which costs $300plus and it's basically the same as the aftermarket piston. And I doubt FM uses that.
