I'm new here and it has been a long time i never ride on the roaD..

Well, care to share the pros and cons abt this Aprillia RS125..

Me waiting and gonna get this bike..the SPAIN no.1 version.

 

What kind of helmet should i put on..fullface or just a normal helmet.

Is just 125...not 1000cc ..hehe. Although is a sportbike, but issit nice putting on a fullface riding this aprillia? Seen some of the aprillia riders on the road, y majority of them wearing fullface helmet. But it doesn't matter, safety first. But still,..you gotta ride with style.

pros & cons? wah lau very long to explain. . . visit our ARC website --> http://www.aprilians.com . . . and browse around. . . hope dat your questions will be answered among the threads. . . but i've read some where in a magazine that our bikes were rank 3rd for best handling & cornering. . . and also the new 06 won an award for Best Design. . .

 

about the helmets? well, it depends on u brader. . . some riders prefer half-face becuz of our hot weather so they intend to invest on those expansive half-face helmets eg; Arai RamIII. . . i've been wearing half-face helmets for 2 years, and when i switch over to a full-face. . . it was really a big difference, took sum time for me to adjust. . . but i gotta admit, even though its hot sumtimes, i do feel secured when my jaw is protected. . . .

anyway just came back from the outing today,NATIONAL DAY!!...had a fun day sia...went to see the fireworks then recorded it down,its was simply beautiful..then we had a long chit chat by the merLION...haha,went to Jalan Simpang to makan, first time being there then was surprised htat in such a corner still have so many ppl...

How do you know you are leaning 40 degrees? From pictures taken? Whats the lean angle to scrap the stock foot rest?

I did see in MotoGP ever Hooper did a 58 degree lean, as shown by the lean angle meter.

I think you've answered the question youself have you not? I used a engineering leveller that measures lean angles. Not very accurate though as it is one of those generic engineering levellers. Or rather, I think it's not very accurate unless I use an proper lean angle meter for the test.

hey guys... i got a problem... my speedo getting cranky... was riding at ard 100-110 when the speedo was fine then suddenly it started to flicker... after that it flickers all the way liao... it still climbs up but does not show the correct reading anymore. can anyone tell mi what is wrong ? and what i need to check ? thanks...

ur RPM gear spoil i think. mine also got same prob. i finding a second hand one. PM me if u need. get 2 maybe cheaper from shop.

maybe they want to try NSH, just like lengendary cruz whom i met yesterday. hit 195kph at 13krpm and blew everything top and bottom.

 

haha. the next thing to ask would be 0-100kph timing, so that can beat pple to next traffic lights
