Have you even TRIED to use the carb you bought in the first place?

 

Carbs do not have the extensive mechanical complexity and system of operation like our engines. As a matter of fact, I can hardly think of any reason why a carb could be damaged due to use over time!

 

If you have already gotten yourself a 2nd hand carb from an external source, try it out first!

I have a relatively new 28mm Del'Orto carb in stock condition. I believe that it was used for less than 6 months if my memory serves me well.

 

And I would guess iwannabike would sell you his carb for a generous fee of $250...

 

I'll be nice to you.. You wanna have mine for $249.99?
