Today, i went riding and overcame the fear of getting lost by really getting lost.. Haha...

 

Suppose to meet my younger god brother at the Zoo... missed BKE exit, so I went along CTE to AMK, then from there go SLE then exit Mandai.. Muahahaha... Now mileage 450plus liao..

 

Oh ya... My trip meter uh... Keep fast forwarding lei, you all got this problem anot? I reset and reset, after riding suddenly will go beyond my mileage.. i.e from 0 jump to 100 then jump to 200.. like that one.. Why uh?

probably 1.5-2 wks time.depends on how fast can goldhill touch-up my head fairing n the clutch dat i ordered..

i've been like this since last weekend, slept 2 hours, get up... laze around, go out... ride... then go home.. laze somemore... untill wee hours.. then sleep 2 hours... and then never sleep until wee hours...

 

Hmm.. last night got home at midnight or 1.. slept at 2am... got up at 4am, slept back at 5am, got up again to go work at 7plus... then lunch hour, took 45min nap.. then awake till now... dunno what time i'll sleep.. 4am must get up.. haha.. 5am sleep back.. ya.. that's my routine la..

Wa no joke, was like that for a period too. After that feel like ****. Very grouchy also. All due to stress. Take sleeping pill la. Not too many ah.

I used to be worse... 3 days straight cannot sleep.. see doctor, he say insomnia, i had to take sleeping pills every night that also didnt work.. He gave heavier dosage, slept well for a week... But this problem keep coming back again from time to time.. Very bad sia.... And the horrible thing about this is, your body tired but mind refuse to sleep... wah sey... Irritating..

I can imagine. Try going to gym. Dunno if it will work for you but it worked for me. But I different la, I no stress anywhere also can sleep. Dun worry too much, alot of night gremlins around to keep you company. hee hee. :)

With FF very hard to tell one. Maybe they drooling at your bike you also dun know ma. ;)

Hmmm... Gym.. I tend to get confused as to where to start.. Haha..

 

Used to run at least once a week.. But got lazy at one point of time, and havent ran since... Maybe I should resume running again...
