Hey Tkgne ,

 

I'm facing the same problem as eddy In fact.

 

You know it's so difficult to upshift even though I change gear oil.

 

Let's say If I'm on gear 2 , when I kick up , it becomes 2 1/2 gear instead not 3 , like between , and when i release clutch to throttle , The rev hits up to 10k rpm.

 

Just by the sound of It , one would know It's so damaging for the gearbox or whatever.

 

Shed some light , lowest cost for rectifying the problem , highest cost?

Mechs diagnose the problem as clutch plate , but I doubt so. NEED YOUR PRO ADVISE.

Also , mechs have advised that my biting point must be far in order to avoid the problem I've just mentioned aboved. However , I'm so used to the almost none existent biting point , like release clutch just that alittle little bit and I throttle off.

 

Any views on this?

If you are not grinding the gear(hearing gegegege sound during shifting), it is ok. The gears will not damage. This symptom call Force Neuturel. This is also cause of worn-off Shift-fork where you can't get positive gear change. Shift-Fork come in a set of 3, need to strip engine to change for which one had worn-off. Safe-mode, change all. Save money mode, change only the one damaged. Cost unknown, need to check for part price. Best is check locally and oversea.

This will cause pre-mature wear off of clutch plate and shift-fork.

I guess the reason being is because my biting point is so near that it doesn't exist thats why even though fully clutch it , sometimes , it's engaging. hahaha am i right?

Sorry guys, price given to me by my boss. When the stock comes, I ask him again and see if I can get a group discount for you guys ok? Meantime, if you guys want the Varta model, please console the quantity and let me know.

 

Both, batteries are YB9-B size. 136 X 76 x 134mm, weight I'm not sure though. Whats the concern with the weight? Also, both are 9Ah and Varta-80A(EN) and Optimax - 110A(EN), optimax's Ah and A(EN) are estimate as we have not have a sample so we are not sure.

Weight is a concern for the fastest RS125 here in this forum. That's belonging to the guy who asked the question LOL!

One quick qns....

 

Got a new arrow full system today....

 

problem is it comes with a woodruff key... any idea wad it does...?

 

and does it cause any harm to the engine ie: piston damage.... ect ect....
