Hey guys,

One quick qns....

Got a new arrow full system today....

problem is it comes with a woodruff key... any idea wad it does...?

and does it cause any harm to the engine ie: piston damage.... ect ect....

doesnt the manual states where to fix the woodruff key? or ur mech is clueless abt it?

dear bros, i heard that the 09 rs125 spain no1 replica paintwork is the restricted version, and that only the white/red and black/red is the unrestricted version. said by mah.

can any bros clear my doubts? below is the white/red 09 rs125. mah told me the 09 version max power is 21kw.

its not u cannot ask question here, but then. the same all question been asking over and over again. Same Question Diff A$$hole.

poor tknage, lawrence and others answering those same old question again and again.

the problem is, any bike, if u do your "homework" your bike runs perfect. yes thats wear and tear buying this bike, not juz this bike every bike have its "hard day"

but then. try do some own research to get to know your bike better.
if people offer u session, go. ask them once for all. its a FREE session though.

again, bike problem please, look into in carefully b4 u acting like a b|tch as if the bike going to explode like that.. LOL!

i c other thread also. go problem with bike, but less. most of the time, happy2 outing etc.

sorry to say this.. but if u dont like it. go screw yourself with ur house doorknob. wakakakakakakakaka!!

The other just need to search on google. Its not as tho this bike is made and exclusively for Singapore. There are people who already publish the answers to your queries.

motovation's boss was talking to be the other day and he saed it caused

a hole in one of his customer's rs....

tts y im concerned.....

and if u search google.... most of it is ebay stuff so yeah.....

i just change a piston after 12000km on a brand new bike...

just worried abt wad the motovation's boss saed.....

simple wanna know restricted or not.. check underneath ur tank, got valve motor or not. simpe as that. if dun have meaning restricted.

if ur jetting is correct then u shouldn't be worry so much . . . just make sure after the advancer key is installed, rejet ur carb before u wack . . .

If you are not grinding the gear(hearing gegegege sound during shifting), it is ok. The gears will not damage. This symptom call Force Neuturel. This is also cause of worn-off Shift-fork where you can't get positive gear change. Shift-Fork come in a set of 3, need to strip engine to change for which one had worn-off. Safe-mode, change all. Save money mode, change only the one damaged. Cost unknown, need to check for part price. Best is check locally and oversea.

Joking, joking... I believe it's called 'False Neutral', in which the gear does not engage fully, and slips into a 'neutral' which is not the real Neutral, hence its 'false'.

This is why I seldom reply in the thread. I must have repeated myself at least 20 times, each time typing the reply out from scratch, and yet nobody reads it.

Got a new arrow full system today....

The woodruff changes the ignition timing. It advances the ignition so that the plug fires before the piston is in TDC position. At high revs, this is ok. At low revs, this will increase piston surface temperature drastically, melting a hole through the crown.

This is also know as a 'Blow-hole', which is a symptom of an overheating piston crown from overly high heat and pressure it is not designed to withstand.

I'd love to spoonfeed some more, but people never treasure what comes free. So go find out yourself.

I used the woodruff before. It was good because I seldom ride with the rpm below 9,000rpm, whether on the track or on the road.

After I got many speeding tickets, I changed to the stock magnetic key, as my revs were not often in the red.

If your riding style is like my old habit, then woodruff is ok. But if you use the woodruff and ride like a *****, then it will melt a hole in your piston. Either closer to the exhaust port or the intake ports.

If I may add, some of the other forums do put sticky thread for FAQs. When you are looking for answers, instead of looking thru the entire thread, you can your questions being answered from previous posts. Hope it helps.

I don't know to what extend this is true, but I was told to look at the colors of the original wheels, if blue means restricted, if grey means full power.

Is this guy on weed, or just stepped out of a train wreck? Fell out off the cuckoo tree, or lost his marbles?

I used to be in advertising, and trust me on this : most people don't know what the hell they are talking about.

Yeah.... took it for a overhaul and they showed me the piston scratched on one side....

one week later all the balancer gear, 2t gear, water pump gears had to go....

tt was at 13000km....

any one had this kinda problem....

true... I used to use Maxima 75w90.. then I changed to Agip Rotra 75w90.. read up the manual the recommended is 75w90...

Lawrence.. When you free? I pass u the glove back, been wanting to return. but kept forgetting, your glove is in my bag still... havent used it since the last track.. Let me know some dates, if I can make it, i'll drop by ur place or anywhere convenient to pass u back ur glove, aite?
