I wanted to post yesterday already..... All my pics were edited and ready for print by Sunday night..... I'm still waiting for Servo to email his pics to me to compile.

 

Please be patient. We have to put watermarks on our pics so others cant plagiarise them... muahahaha... Otherwise anyone can just rip them off the net as their own work.

 

You want pics, next time bring a camera of your own.... Give us a call so we know you're coming. We're a friendly bunch, wont bite your head off.

 

For now, just chill.... If you guys want your pics asap, better call Servo... hahaha

man.. just change my rectifier and batt today... batt changed for the 2nd time.. hopefully it is the rectifier that's causing my power problem..

my rs125 got prob ...

my rear brake sometimes can brake sometimes cannot, sometimes even worse

it is jammed, will brake all the way and drag my bike...... zzz

my mechanic says its becoz the brake pump is jammed... so i gotta change

that part.

 

Anybody hav similar problem or any advice in this ?

any 2nd hand part for this out there ? ? ?

my bike now got 2 problem

 

1)my bike now leakin oil below the gearbox area.. definitely not petrol.

2)a ticking sound when u close throttle... i tink from the valve...

anyone can help and advice...

 

most prob going down to first motor on fri morning anyone wan to join in......

i had the same prob..

send the ideal.. ah boon change my brake pads and don know wat he do can le..

think u juz pay for the brake pads n servicing fee can le.. not much la... less den $80 i guess?

regarding the braking problem, i used to encounter it too..

after my mechanic changed the brake pad for me.. the problem is solved...

 

edwin, what happened huh?? did we put back the valve correctly?? it's the blade and rotax words facing down, right?? anyone can verify??

 

regarding the oil leaking problem.. did you manage to find where is the oil leaking from??

Ticking sounds is normal.

That's the sound of a CLEAN, HEALTHY VALVE opening and closing. Which is a good thing.

 

The valve closes at 2250rpm, stays closed for higher compression, then opens again at 8,000rpm. That's when you feel the surge.

Changing the brake pads alone may not alleviate the problem. It may be due to something else causing the jamming of your pads. If you simply told Ah Boon to change your pads, he'll do it, but it may not solve it.

 

Just tell Ah Boon about the symptoms. Like what you said, you hit the brakes, they jam up and drag.... etc.

Dont be a smartass and try to self-diagnose the problem. Leave that to the mechs.
