Well said David.

Rider125, dont think about changing this and that so much. For what? You dont even know what's its purpose, you wont be able to appreciate it.

Haha! Might as well maintain the bike and ride it to its full potential. Then start modding to feel the diff. I rode my bike for 3 years alrdy, and still havent done any major mods on it. :cheer:

So this year i have a long list of stuff that needs to be replaced alrdy. ThEn can get aftermarket parts. ConFirm big burning hole in my pocket. :faint:

Same here Priller.

I need to follow Lawrence and start to stock up on parts. Planning for a complete overhaul at the end of the year. My bike is not just a Replica model, but a Relic too. :)

So many goodies, sooo little money... :(

you feel a more smooth rebound.... I suggest you ride till your stock suspension give way because stock suspension can't be serviced..... Then decide to upgrade to an aftermarket part.... That way you can feel the difference that justifies the money spent and at the same time more economical to use your current suspension unless you plan to sell it...

Just my 2 cents.

oh alrite buddy..i shall do things slowly..

save money bit by bit

Not new poison, but was going thru this thread since page 700+ and finally found the link to where your dearly departed Khai sent his blocks for servicing. You've prolly read it in the msn convo.

Need poison??????

HOw poisonous poison do u need???????

How abt some jollymoto?????

C0107/C0111/C0115 all 3 are currently present for u to choose..

Will let go the other 2 once decided which one to use

Will ask more ppl for a customise order for carbon tech reeds and rad valve system soon ?

1 time special production run only by the factory

Ohlins TTX or higher end rear shocks customisation mght also be possible according to an ohlins dealer .

Performance wise would be better than the ohlins rear sold by the AF1.

Anyways, u're the 2nd person to tell me abt the Wiseco piston. I'll look into it ok. Ur tyres good? I saw a brochure way back abt the Bridgestone tyres; one with center hard compound and soft on the sides.. Dunno whether i should get that or not. Hmm... :(

Priller, the tyres you talking about are the BT003 RS. Good street track tyres. BT090 can get at Ah Boy for 240 or so.

Edwin, HKl can order custom Ohlins shocks is it?

Have to do all this mod bit by bit with patience. At any point of time goes wrong, you know what & how to remedy. At the same time, you will not feel you had spent too much at one time. U will only know after number of years. I myself also take many years to do it and till now still have not stop yet.:)

Law & I going to rebuild our engine this year too. I m souring for hybrid bearings for our internal. If you want, I shall include your share too. Let me know.:thumb:

Bro, have u tried it? I have bad experiences with pistons off-late. U can try ask a few of the guys how many times my piston seized and jammed. :faint:

Did you check your block condition? Have you improve your jetting after all these? Has anyone investigate how the piston being seized? If not, you shall continue to change what ever pistons you put in......

Yes. I know the reason as to why i kept on getting piston seizures bro. Ever since i started using the original cylinders, no probs, yet. :)

Oh no!! Never got the chance to fit the Polini. I was using Mitaka cylinders temporarily. I forgot that it wasn't made to last.. Or something like that. So yeah i suffered the consequences. Lesson learnt. :) :faint:

Now gotta start saving for new ones already. :cheer:

nyteng, RS125 fuel consumption is anywhere from 14km/liter to 28km/liter.

New and old model rs (Y2K and some Replica models) have the same engine.
