Attention everyone, i will either be heading down to Biketech21 or Racewerkz to order the legalised Arrow , so if anyone wants to get it please contact me so we can buy in bulk which will be cheaper and less time consuming.

Ben, when are you going?

Dont know where that place is, looking at getting coolant flushed and replaced.

Wat is the penalty for using a illegal pipe anyway? I heard it was a thousand dollars fine or sumthing like that... Anyone here knows? o_O

If I had a stock RS pipe exhaust system, I'd definitely go for a "legal" Jolly Moto or Jim Lomas system instead of an legal Arrow, because the large-stomached Arrow biases power to the high end, making it more suitable for the track, as Law and Edwin can attest. The smaller Arrow stomach (wider and more street-friendly powerband) has not been legalised.

Not that I'm not still tempted to get a whole new system, but I can already hear me scolding myself for being incredibly wasteful, silly and self-indulgent.

But eyz, Ben would have more problems with a Jolly Moto or Jim Lomas than me and CMYRS because one look at his licence plate is enough to tell people that his bike didn't come with an RS pipe.

Looks just like the stock RS pipe eXcept its smaller.

Like a Little MiNi Me!

Pay more for a illegal pipe that is smaller but produces more pwr, go figure o_O

Another thing, I seriously dont think it is a good idea at all, to discuss illegal mods in a forum in such a "fine" country.

Its so easy to track you down.

Especially

1. If you go to outings

2. Post a pic of your bike here as an avatar.

3. Post your name, ph no. for people to contact you for outings.

PM each other or talk about it in person.

Im not asking people to be selfish in keeping mods to yourself.

At the end of the day, how will you justify a fine/confiscation of part/bike just cause you posted a message up here?

Is it worth it?

Think about it.

The fine is most likely going to cost more than An Arrow!

try Pang Scooter's Ah Kent..

it's along the same stretch of road as Racewerk...

he's good :thumb:

tested and tried before!

but if ya wanna get the optimal performance of ya bike...

ya need to feedback the responses of ya bike with every visits\...

ie. 1st ~ 6th gear, wat's the max rpm..

at 10k/11k/12k rpm change gear, the rpm will drop by how much..

Ok! So its Ah Pang or RaceWerkz this Sat.

Any one in particular I should look for at either locations?

Price wise, are they the same?

Just needing a coolant change, temp is rather high, on the freeways, Im getting 76 as the lowest readings.

Stop go traffic is about 82 or more.

The only useful comment I can tell anyone right now is, No Pwr Below 10,000rpm :help:
