servo...ur bike's reserve is pointing upwards or point left ?..i mean the fuel on off reserve guage...

i hit 300km..see no more petrol...turn to reserve...( i tried both...point left and up )..but both last me less than 1km..sian...

btw...u haven reply to my sms...abt the price of repraying the one seater at ah koon...donavan selling mi at $80..wana see the overall price..

one more thing..feel like polishing up the bike..like using brasso for the metal parts and wax for the fairing...will wax spoilt the paintwork...cos heard ppl say that the more u wax..the more the paintwork will fade or something like tat..how true is it..?

300km stil not enuf ah ??? wahhh.... u arrr......

if u face the switch, point up is ON

point right is reserve

point left is off.

just polish the bike lar with any wax for cars. the white bottle polish is also good. try maguires.

the paintwork i havent ask cos by the time i finish work, the shop close. total should be about 150 for the tail piece. might be wrong though.

use autosol. dab abit will do. after polishing the frame, add a layer of wax and wipe normally. serves a protective layer against oxidation.

arghhh miss it so much.

Saw this on a website:

A warning to any owners out there[or potential buyers], revving over 7,000rpm constantly seriously reduces fuel consumption! Ive found that around 6,000rpm & 60mph makes for the most effective use of the tank.

The problem is not you can afford it or not, is how are you going to make yourself able to afford it.

Hmmm...speaking of mods......i wonder if we can fit RSW parts onto an RS....:cheeky:

U gotta love those RSWs :lovestruck:

And siao ah magnesium rims $3K...always thought it would half that at the most

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

A second. What does this word mean to you? A blink, a fleeting moment, an ultra-small unit of measurement to measure performance, whether human or mechanical.A second is just a moment, but in motorcycle racing it has now become an incalculable distance.A glance at the starting grid of any motorcycle race is enough to understand how important this small fraction of time has become...

fuel

1) check u got fuel and switch tap on

2) check ur fuel breather hose, try to straighten it by putting below the air intake pipes (trumpets)

yup make sure your fuel switch is turned to the correct position...

if yours is a replica.. look closely at the lever for the position of the

arrow...

happened to me once when i dunno where exactly is the on, off and

reserve~

haha

why you and i always suffer the same problems ?

anyway the switch looks like a simple one with no complicated sensor to me

so, not sure wat sensor the mech referring to.

can't be that we are the only 2 suay kia to kana such prob

or the others have anti-rain aura on their bikes ?

Posted

hey bout the sensor, check with bktan..

he seems to resolve the prob himself...

seems like a little of WD-4D at the sensor will solve the problem...

it's the rear brake lever sensor, rite?
