How much does the Honda Ignition security system (HISS) cost for a SP?

 

Or would getting a wheel lock be a better option? Friend's SP just got stolen in bedok damn scared now

HISS?? what if the thief uses a van.. lifts up ur bike into the van and scoots away? dun think any of the above will work... advise is park where there is visible light and open in the public.. and maybe u could install an alarm and padlock ur rim or chain... even better.. cover ur bike, that will be good too...

yeap, if people are willing to bash into my bike ignition to steal my bike, who's to say what will happen to you SP?

HISS on SP never heard anyone attempt to fix it before...

I used XENA disc lock alarm with canvas covering it....So far so good...

Most bikes without key transporter are very prone to theft...

HISS will not guarantee that your bike confirm will not be stolen..

 

it's just a detering tool for those thieves..

get a alarm and a good disc lock.. if you are afraid, get more disc locks..

So far so good....But mind you....This disc lock alarm gives out alot of false alarms...

Read from other source, this is due to the design and temp change of the rotor....

I can hear it in the middle of the night or when you just armed it.....

But false alarm better than no alarm.....

Heard from a biker friend, too many false alarm is very bad. Initially when it sound a lot of people has a look, but then after some false alarm nobody care and then the bike was stolen. Get those that is not so sensitive, those that do not give false alarm. Think that too hard to get.

Erm,,tats wad i tot so..its link to the ecu, and it is suppose to work on a FI engine..tats wad i understand..any expert would like to clarify on the HISS.
