Check out Kia Forums for much better FC range reviews perhaps? Because some might be able to get good FC whilst some heavy footers can't achieve it no matter what

Dude, Kia is a fuel drinker. No matter which model but especially older model. Power and performance definitely not up to par with toyota or honda. Rio 1.4L DOHC with 97hp, parts wise is sort cheap during repair. Resale value suck, way below par with Jap brand. How much is the rio? $32,299 - $34,849

 

COnsider hyundai Avante: 37999 only

 

Btw, Kia and hyundai normally uses the same engine.

Not few K more, 10k+ more. Honda just today increase their price by 4-5k due to COE. Cheapest 1.6L car jap? Altis or Civic... how much? 56k to 70k? Unless u telling me New Lancer GLX at 38999 (old model) which is most comparable model at 1.6L.

Just a friendly advise. If you need to scrimp and save to put your car on the road, then don't buy.

Korean cars are getting better. And they start to buy in parts from europe to fit into their korean branded cars. But still.. It's the brand that makes it inferior even if the car is good.

A lit more? Wait long long maybe will have! Lowest spec for a Subaru 5D or 4D 1.5L manual at 49,000. Oops, maybe subaru R1 (660cc) is also 40,000. Thats comparable lah!
