Just changed my rear brakes... almost finished and going to hit the plates already.

SBS brand I think. $41.

 

Just to check with u where did you change your SBS brake pad? Any review on it?

Before this change, what is your last use brake pad brand?

 

I had tried a few types but still feel that the original is better but just a little too x

Yup... a very relaxing bike to go around sg. Been riding it for coming 4years liao and still like it very much

Brakes > Changed at Motoworld. So far no diff from last time but becos I seldom ebrake mah.

This was my 1st change after 52k with the bike.

 

Meet Up > Time to meet also depends on Chairman.

If he got include breakfast at Perling (or GP) then I will leave home at 7.20am to reach Tuas by 8am. Half hour to clear custom (expect slight jam).

If no makan, then I prob will try eat Prata at Jln Kayu 1st. Be there by 7am.

Leave by 7.30am.

ok, lets do a simple breakfast at Perling. no specific place in mind but i remember stopping by a smallish kopitiam on the same side of journey for wanton mee n kopi. that means we start and ride a tit-bit earlier/faster

0830: set off to Perling for breakfast (18.5km)

0850: eta Perling for breakfast n kopi

0930: set off to Jason Bay for via Kota Tinggi (82km, no refill stop)

1100: eta Jason bay, free n easy blow wind, swimming... wet wet leh???

1130: coastal ride to Sungei Renggit Good Luck restaurant (76km)

1230: eta Sungei Renggit Good Luck restaurant

. . . . . . . wait for us there if not joining convoy

1230~1400: Lobster/seafood lunch

after lunch: visit Pengelih jetty (optional; 18km east)

. . . . refill? then depart for shopping

. . . . * some may choose to OTOT after settling bill

flexible return leg... can go bike wash at GP or JB if bikers choose to skip shopping/dinner, to be decide over lunch

1700~1930: Shopping & dinner (shorter if nothing much there)

1930: set off for GP Shell/Petronas (25km)

2000: eta GP Shell/Petronas... OTOT home-sweet-home

Went for a full day Firefly tour yesterday with family. Includes:

1. Ostrich Show Farm

2. Fruit Plantation

3. Shopping at Tebrau City Jusco

4. Chocolate shop

5. Dinner at Sg Renggit (just a short walk from where we will be going)

6. Fireflies boat ride.

 

Not the very bad. Around Desaru and Kota Tinggi area.

I think should be SGD 68 each.

Jade Garden pricing is abit more ex compare to others

 

Jade Garden I had only tried once and had a bad experience on the food...Lobster and fish got those soil smell and the chili crab also not that nice... but for good luck... so far tried twice... not bad

Well. I heard the one at Kampung Kuantan is much better becos the 4-man sampan can go very near to the fireflies.

But too bad. Very far from SG.

Usually where would you all go to change engine oil and gear oil?

Recently I went to change gear oil and was charge $20, didnt even get the remaining bottle. He used Maxima and he told me $40 per bottle, I didnt know the price then. Came back check and it was $26+ per bottle.

2nd hand one, price varies according to age.
