Hi wingers, anyone bought new SW from bikeproduction before? Any comments? Please feel free to PM me. Cheers

you'ld probably get a relatively good quote from ah swee, check out my earlier post... nothing slandering so no problem.

in fact, i'ld even recommend the shop if you're planning to do "cash-n-take" or not bothered about their level of sales/after-sales service :p

they are boon siew's authorised dealers, just make sure you work out the "full n final" price to avoid misunderstandings

if you want the "best" price, look for Ah Swee at Bike Production... but be aware that his OTR price is different from other shops e.g. his OTR quote to me does not include IU, comes with only 3rd party insurance, price is with condition that MUST take loan (min sum/period applies), if cash payment need to add $400, admin fees not included yet, etc.

so u saw wat botak added or do to your clutch pads? u didn't solve the problem permanently. its only temporary. i know him very well for many years le.

He didn't add anything just sandpaper the pad and the hole on the pad and wash it with petrol bah? And blow dry. then sandpaper the clutch bell abit N fix back n the bike is done

That the Idea I had that at ahchong. But he say no use the prob not with the pad but with the bell.

Well this prob may return if I'm "lucky" enough but hopefully not.

My fork movement still quite retarded. Use 15wt oil but feels like 20wt.

Changed fork seal just able to improve a bit.

I think the fork collar may be at fault (adding some friction to slow the parts down). Need to fly the collars in (takes about 3 weeks).

Eww... must be the after-effect of the off roads trips.

Did some minor "enhancements" :

A. Metzeler Feelfree front / rear and balancing

B. EBC front / rear brake pads

C. Headlight switch

D. Horns

E. Hazard lights

F. Convenience hook

G. Radiator grill

H. Rear brake bypass for starter

I. Side stand bypass for starter

J. Top box brake LED

Most changes cannot be seen but more for convenience / functionalities. Old rear tyre had a 2" screw w/o my knowledge and had been using it!!! *OMG* also tyres had some bulge at the edge of the grooves which might have accounted for some wobbiness.

Previously had handlebar wobble at 60kmh when let go both hands. Seems to have resolve the wobbiness but still monitoring as don't dare to speed with new brake pads yet.
