Anyone knows why in the morning, when my bike is on main stand and idling, my rear wheel is also spinning slowly? I thought the wheel not supposed to move right?

Thank God its moving. That means your wheel and shaft bearings are still in good condition.

and do u know that while idling, your belt is also spinning?

Good condition? I'm relieved to hear that... another question, how come when i start my bike in afternoon (on main stand also), the rear wheel doesn't rotate slowly? Temperature makes a difference?

In the morning, the auto-choke causes the engine rpm to be in the range of 1.7k to 2k rpm when everything is cold. I do notice that my rear wheel will also spin a while and after that it will stop when the rpm goes down. But this only happens for me today as it was colder than usual.

If first time starting in the afternoon, it doesn't happen. Possibly the auto-choke rpm is lower? or the clutch bell expands when the environment temperature is higher than in the morning? or the clutch springs already soften with use?

Thks for explanation, i also suspect it's the high auto-choke rpm in the morning that causes the wheel to spin slowly. Gd thing it's a normal phenomenon..:)

But this only happened to me once this morning in the last 3 months I owned the bike. Are you the first owner and if so, do you encounter this before when the bike was brand new?

Yes i'm the 1st owner, in the past i didn't know whether rear wheel got spin or not, cos never take note when bike is idling. Also in the past, most of the time i only start my bike in the afternoon, so wheel may not spin at all. Only recently then use the bike more in the morning. It was only yesterday morning that I saw the spinning, cos I was wondering how come the transmission area is quite noisy during idling and then looking around, i saw the rear wheel spinning slowly.

Just like to ask when synchronising the air screws, is there a particular pressure reading that the throttle bodies should be adjusted to? I saw the tech thread pic - it seems to indicate 22 Hg/mm Hg?

I've seen a few of the bikes and most are around that reading.

Not sure if it 'should' be or just 'coincidence'.
