heard some rumours so i decided to call Denso Singapore

 

update 1: this is also something new to me

Denso Singapore said that they only bring in IUH24D; i.e. those IUH24 are parallel imports or from other sources.

if specially order, need to wait at least 6 months

 

update 2:

IUH24 is available at LAB for much cheaper price, only abt $12+ (maybe lower if u very buddy with him or we get together). catch is, Denso Singapore said they DID NOT sell to LAB

buying thru my friend at $15 doesn't sound so cheap liow, plus only have IUH24D

how? IUH24D? or buy from LAB IUH24 directly?

sorry guys, the "MO" is off due to much better prices at LAB (although PI) and Denso S'pore only has IUH24D, if order IUH24 need to wait at least 6 months.

which is better actually depends on personal feel but some riders (including SW9000 n myself) felt that IUH24 is more raw power while IUH24D is smoother. denso salesman said IUH24D is more popular but u know la... salesman talk can only believe ½ nia

wa... i dun know about dis kind of stuff leh... which 1 has better pick up performance?

there are riders (on other bikes as well) who purposely stagger them for a "rougher" ride, claiming that the bike felt more responsive

in theory, this usually cause uneven wear-n-tear on the engine. but for those planning to sell bike in few years, guess they won't be bothered.

. bike n biker

. lots of 20c coins (sinkapor one hor)

. shampooing sponge n drying cloths

. wax if u wanna pamper your ride further

. new spark plugs n tools if u wanna DIY change

 

i'll also bring the vacuum gauge in case someone wants to do airscrew sync
