Day 3: Hatyai to Chumphon

 

Thunder storm this morning. Delayed start time from 7am to 8am (SG time).

Seems like the Tim Sum close down huh? Went there but was not opened.

 

Took a very boring ride to Chumphon (450+km). Most part of the roads are ok. Some are so uneven like got many tree roots under it. Managed 120-130km/h most times.

Almost crashed into a lady rider with pillion. That idiot came from side road and cross the 2 lane road without looking. I have to ebrake and swing bike to the left at 130km/h. TMD.

 

Now staying at Paradorn Inn Hotel (650thb). Nice room with King bed but... only have warm water for bathing.

 

Chumphon is a really really small untourist town. No Mac no KFC no nothing except rows and rows of shop houses. Lucky I bought some 'Artistic' dvd from Hatyai can keep me occupied for the evening.

 

Tmr... Kanchanaburi.

If you ask them as long not stock will void ba, since its not wear and tear item.

Think shouldn't be an issue ba but then to be safe, call them ba.

imagine if something goes wrong with the circuitry or electronics becos the hazard light mod for some unknown reason shorts some connections. that poor fella who said ok will be in hot soup as he has openly contradicted the company's written policy on validity of warranty, which simply says void on "all" mods.

 

its a totally different story when they close one eye and not committing to the mod's coverage; they simply "didn't see" the mod. bike owner can claim that mod was already there but BS didn't void warranty when things go wrong. but as far as their records and stands are concerned, they didn't see the mod when they last service it. they can't be faulted.
