if you want pirelli diablo scooter, best deal in town is at motoworld. $145 (ask muji directly) include labour, front balancing n nitrogen fill... where else can find? suggest buy something to make invoice >$150 so that can get $5 voucher for next use (wonder if can use 5 mins later ). but note you could be the 2nd SW changing tires there, i was the first n they wasn't very sure how to take out the rear tire, mine was their training run

Eh... I'm the 2nd to change at Motoworld hor (today).

Urgent change becos found slash marks on the front and rear tires (1 deep slash each). Think its from high speed hit something. Not fresh cut so must have been during NSHW trips recently (not sure).

Done at $165 becos they REALISED that SW tires very leychey to change. So charged a bit more for the headache. Thanks Scoobydoo. hahaha.

 

Btw, my wobbly at 50km/h gone. Will confirm again when I travel more. My unlucky feelfree was the cause?

Bro Paithorn and scoobydoo,i need exit permit too from CO....most prob 85% can go in JB.but need to chg tyres at motoworld oso.haven chg to feelfree or diablo...still pondering which wan better for cornering and wet weather.

 

Den once chg liao,cun go faster than 100km/hr for awhile.so will go slow,run in awhile.Friday will call or sms Paithorn for timing confirmation.Will not last min decide.

u need to scuff-in your new tires as they will be slippery due to the various compound on them. i've heard many stories of bikers buang with new tires coz they whack them as if new tires gives best grip

after scuffing, also no need to target >100 as our SW rides most comfortably at 90+kph or 5k+ rpm which is near max torque rpm, minimal vibrations n good FC riding in that range too.

 

Don't go full throttle out of drives, corners, or roundabouts - as if you ever should on the road. Don't go into corners hard over and/or hard on the brakes. Ride "normally" for a commute or to the shops.

 

When you've got between 50-80miles on them (depending on how hard you pushed, surface type and how hot) they're fully scuffed in.

. 15ml juice to 10L gas... burg6 full tank 15L should use about 22.5ml

+ 260ml juice cost $8; 22.5ml costs $0.692

savings:

- from using 95 fuel (down from 98): $0.123 x 15L = $1.845

- from extra mileage (burg6 ~22km/L): (1km x 15L) x ($1.71/22) = $1.166

net savings per tank: 1.845 + 1.166 - 0.692 = $2.32

Scoobydoo, HelmetBox and me all using Pirelli Diablo now. No complains.

Feelfree gave me headache for 5 months becos of wobbles at 50km/h during deceleration. After changing to Diablo, wobbles gone.

Could be me unlucky to get a defective rear tire becos others who have changed to Feelfree did not encounter such problem.

You might also consider the price... Diablo ($145 to $165) and Feelfree ($220 to $240).
