for those interested to get a GPS, i've updated my Noteboard/page on "GPS Navigators"... go take a look

 

if you've got some spare cash to pamper yourself or budget is of "no concern", i'ld strongly recommend a waterproof set, e.g. Nuvi 500/550, Zumo 550, or Zumo 660 (from $$ to $$$)

the Zumo 660 could be the best buy cos the box set comes with everything we need to use the PND on the bike. yes, RAM mount solution is included so we don't have to pay for it separately.

For those who has a non-water proof GPS lying around , can consider this product from Ram Mount.

I've checked with gpscity, it can house my garmin 1350 4.3" .

Me and a fren bite the bullet and giving it a try, will see if it works well with the GPS touch screen.

 

Question : Other than JK Commercial , where else in sg can i find Ram Mount's modules ?

U can find ram mount stuffs at Mtechnik as well.

 

Dont worry abt biting bullet, this housing wil definitely work w e garmin touch screen. Cos garmin touch screen not so advanced. ^^

MT have stock for some. Usually those that could be used by tourers or adv. tourers one. but u could always call to check.. but then again, your office so near to MT....
