Windshield won't flex much at 110km/h. I didn't notice any even at 130km/h.

Check the fasteners.

Many things can also cause vibrations:

1. Engine side - Plugs problem (spoilt or plug gaps uneven). Insufficient fuel or too lean mixture (injector/air-filter dirty or faulty). Throttle bodies not synchronised.

2. Body side - Tire unbalanced or uneven wear. Fork oil, seal or mechanical problem causing the front to be too stiff, thus cannot manage uneven surface well at certain speeds.

3. Transmission side - rollers not moving together (dirty or deformed). Uneven wear of belt or clutch slip (hmm... not likely). Transmission air-filter dirty (causing excessive pressure build up and not cooling down the transmission enough.

What kind vibration are you referring to…?

Is it from the handle bar or coming from the seat…?

Is there any abnormal noise…?

hmm... guess i have to really notice my 'feeling' again to see which is better... i have dis concern cos sometimes at higher speed, even at straight road, i can feel the rear shock kinda "re-bounce" back upwards when encounter uneven roads or pothole... will discuss more when we got meet ba. :)

Maybe you try and test the feeling with those who had installed the hyper-pro and hagon shocks first, see which you wanted in priority then juz make you choice to install bah. For me i got both installed, no regret with both :) When i got my hyper-pro installed, i can immediate feel the different.... For hagon, cos my stock one is really too soft liao for a 4 years old bike. Honestly, hagon is really hard when new install to SW, gf n I seat on it, i din feel the hagon shocks come down...

When you ride alone, stock shocks will be given you the feeling like soft "re-bounce" back upwards... but if you install hagon, you will feel stiff "re-bounce" back upwards too. See which you prefer bah :p

thxs for all the gurus imput

will go workshop to have my spark plug and fasteners check

the vibration i felt came from my handle bar and front crowling plus got a rattling sound coming from my windshield area

my whole bike will shake left and right damn scray .i now all the way maintain 80km damn emo

anyone knw whether botak or ac motor got open on monday haha ?

Base on the above mention, my analysis are:

You can check the boomerang catch it might have broken that leads to rattling at the windshield.

The whole bike shakes it could be the front wheel bearing. Check if you have uneven wheel on the front tire. Feel it with your hand.

As for AC, yesterday he told me he is operating today and Monday. Unless you want to give him a call…?

my imputs in blue...

will go workshop to have my spark plug and fasteners check

* spark plug can easily self check. take them out and see if any is fouled or damaged, change if tips or alloy seal/washers are not in good conditions. install firmly but make sure not to over tighten. see tech corner post #144 for how to remove and install.

* for fasteners, remove the boomerang (some call it "W" as it looks like W) piece; 2 screws at edge of upper dashboard (rider side) and 2 screws at the front hole just below boomerang. check that all 6 mounting screws have rubber washers and are holding shield down firmly. then use hand to push/move top part of windshield front and back gently and see if there's any movement or sound (there shouldn't be any).

the vibration i felt came from my handle bar and front crowling plus got a rattling sound coming from my windshield area

my whole bike will shake left and right damn scray .

* rattling sound in the head cowl area is not really a new problem, its an issue also reported by many riders locally (including me) and also in US. there're many very "close to each other" parts inside the head unit and over time, some may come into contact with each other and starts "screeching" when experiencing vibrations or twists/turns during riding. this is especially common in bikes which that have dropped/skidded before or involved in some accident.

we can open the head cowl, insulate the "kissing" areas, cable-tie loose ends and make sure all screws/clips are in good conditions. i did that at workshop and it took about 3hrs to complete.

* if vibrations is felt at handlebar, likely they originate from elements that are linked with it; not the steering cone since it has been changed. since wobbling occurs especially at higher speed, my guess of no. 1 culprit is the wheel and/or tyre.

improvised self check (most workshops don't have proper machines to check this also):

(a) check that wheel is not out of shape by jacking front up (bike on main stand), hold a pencil (some use finger but not recommended) perpendicular to the fork with tip of pencil touching the wheel/rim's edge near the bead of tyre, rotate wheel and check if pencil tip "scratches" wheel evenly. if contact with tip is quite irregular (on and off), means wheel is "out of shape" or uneven; note that a little bit is common over wear-n-tear. uneven wheels causes vibrations/wobbling and is a hazard at higher speeds.

(b) still with the front lifted, rotate front wheel/tyre and observe the sides of tyre from the front. if tyre rotates irregularly, i.e. can see the sides move "in-n-out", tyre is uneven and needs to be remounted (if not properly mounted) or replaced (if worn).

* worn bearing may also cause some wobbling.
