One comment by a concerned bike owner becomes big news?

It's about him and the mechanic.

I don't see how any 3rd parties should come in when they are not involved.

 

Please delete ALL Posts concerning this issue and stop.

now that I dun have to worry about last minute recalls, next Apr's KSM trip is more or less confirmed, either ride or fly :p

Cars do exhaust header wrap to lower temperature in engine bay, hence cooler air intake and generally better for all components.

 

Are there benefits to do so for bikes (especially our SW) and has anybody done so?

I heard from a bike shop the wrap is expensive and difficult to wrap. Furthermore, it won't last more than 2 years.

Waiting for 1st person to try it. hehehe.
