may i ask when e last bar on e fuel gauge is blinking, izit running on reserves? or juz running on the tank itself?

then how do we know when it start running on reserves? today i clock 312km using 13l... 24km/l... e bar is blinking...

Standard will blink at abt 12.5L = 300km (if FC is 24km/L).

Reserve of 84km and max mileage will be 384km.

 

Mine blinks at 12L, approx 300km too (slow rider).

Normally I pump petrol when blink blink +50km, about 350km with 50km to spare.

Not enough leave balance for this year liao, so must reconfigure my targeted trips.

2009 (yet to explore):

1. Mersing/Penyabong - yet to insert

2. Kuantan - yet to insert

3. Lake Kenyir - yet to insert

4. Betong - 19-22 Sep (Hari Raya longweekend, 1 day leave)

 

2010. Enough leave for 2 long trips:

Lake Kenyir quite boring, I've been there last year...

 

 

What's recommended for makan on Genting. I was there in 2004!! Remebered all the food lousy....

The Bah Kut Teh in Genting (near the stage at 1st World) standard dropped quite a lot. Used to be my favourite.

There's 1 foodcourt near the bowling centre, got 1 Taiwanese stall the food not bad.

Other than that, can go to the Tim Sum restaurant at Highland Hotel.
