Pardon my Inglishish. Strap the foldable bike at the scooter passenger seat. Btw Ghim Moh got nice food at the market.

let less than 60 days to clear it... current doing around 13 minutes...

I think urs can put onto passenger seat la. but better have some foam sheet to protect the seat. Otherwise, take mrt lo. Circle line to One North.

 

Yup, parking at Ghim Moh 65cts nia. I might be able loan out 1 bike if some bikeless HOM is interested. :)

Do a warm up run of 1km. No stretching.

Sprint 50m then slow jog 50m, 10 reps, 1st week, 1 - 3 - 5. Can do weight or calisthenics on Tue and Thur.

Increase 50m every week. You can maintain the reps or minus 1 rep at every increase. E.g. 50m = 10 reps, 100m = 9 reps, etc.

Stretch fully after run.

Depends on your body bah. Young chap like you 1 day should be fine; old bugger like me needs 2-3 days :lol:

Now the term to use is 'Warm UP' and 'Warm Down'.

 

Muscles just need to warm up. A slow jog (10-15 mins) before any increased in intensity is good enough. That's why the 1km before the interval trg, just to get the heart going.

 

After exercises, the muscles would be tensed with lactic acid built up. Stretching helps to release the the lactic acid and reduce stress on the muscles to prevent injuries. Helps in recovery for the next day.

 

Actually hor, can ask Mr Fazli for more correct info. He the expert.

the gang have tried Jade Garden in our previous trips, food is not bad but pricier than Good Luck.

i've tried Yoou Kee with another group but didn't like the food; e.g. same style of lobster (butter fried) but JG and GL taste much better.
