... 3022 type Festoon (31mm x 10mm) LED bulbs

... do not get the 3710 type (37mm x 10mm) as they are too long to fit the stock socket/housing

Hi lao jiaos, my sliver wing when crank meter will blink. Voltage 10.9v when cranking. I thought battery dieing so went to replace battery. After replacing battery, meter still blink when cranking.volt meter show 11.3v when crank. Charging circuit got problem?

is it normal afer like 20 km or riding , then u park and stop bike can smell strong petrol smell ?

another thing you may consider tinkling is to adjust your SW's air screw... make the fuel-air mix to engine thinner.

if don't have vacuum guage to DIY, can also ask ah choong (ACM) to do it for you.

when you say blink, do you mean the whole meter re-initialise like this video?

* System Rechecks Again When Starting Bike

 

 

this "re-initialise syndrome" is usually caused by a weakened battery; batt may show 12V, it could not deliver sufficient current to power both the crank starter/motor and the bikes electronics (e.g. meters) at the same time.

syndrome usually goes off after replacing the battery with a fresh one.

but if you have changed to a new batt and meters still re-initialise when cranking, time to check the fuses and magnetic coil if it is delivering sufficient current to charge the battery.

new batt, bad charger... new batt can also go flat

 

when about 120km/h like that . not high speed right

we've not seen any aftermarket adjustable levers specifically for SW, but there are some that may fit SW.

you may wanna PM our kakis MaIkEr for more info, he got a set that could fit his SWT.

 

please DO NOT mod the stock levers by heating and bending them to desired angles.

imprecise and/or uncontrolled "heat treatment" of any metal/alloy (including SW's brake levers) will change their manufactured properties, including but not limited to strength and brittleness.

once the material properties, we don't know if those modded levers will be able to take the stress/pressure when you need to squeeze them hard (e.g. during e-braking)

don't be so sure so early, there are people who sold their brand new SW within weeks...

some becos not used to SW's size/weight, some becos no chemistry with current unit so change another new unit

 

 

just have fun with stock setup for now, you'll be able to appreciate the differences when you do the "enhancements" later
