by the way seniors, today riding saw the red color V light come out,

opening my seat took out manual and say Vmatic indicator.

so far what we know is these are legal for both FJS and SWT

 

i did call Leovince showroom that they didn't support for the New facelift version SW-T400.

As for Arrow.. If i not wrong, they didn't carry any more for Silvering.

 

From i know, can look for siaoster in the forum.. he have legal exhaust for SW-T400

Hmm... Need to change my clutch pads this weekend before the SG50 trip. 65k km liao. Got noise cannot get rid.

Hi guys.. I got my new Silverwing. Mine is GT version. Used to ride swt400 with u all makan lobster. Then upgrade to FJR1300.. Now downgrade back due to budget constraints.. Hope you all can welcome me back. Thanks :)

Finished changing the clutch pad this morning.

 

Later in the evening will change back the fork oil to 10W.

15W seems slightly thick for me. Can feel the roughness and bumps in the palms even though the handling was more stable.

Boon siew only selling SWT or did they carry GT version?

 

Ask motor tiam today they selling GT version and they insist it's from boon siew, any diff for SWT and GT? Thanks

Nice and huge. Im using a GIVI 52L trekker myself. I think he only drawback is these boxes arent exactly aerodynamic.

 

Haha I think my body would be big enough for the box to entirely avoid the wind man. But I really love the way it looks so rough and rugged.

most significant difference? see their back sides

insignia pasted on rear sides, one is "SWT-400", the other is "Silver Wing GT" :cheeky:

 

another external difference is the clear (SWT) vs amber (GT) colored front clear signal light covers... see pics below

 

interestingly, Boon Siew still lists their Silver Wing as FJS400D instead of SWT-400.

Where is AC shop?

 

Ah Choong is a pro with Swings. I remember doing my forks with him after visiting 2 different shops he finally got it right.

 

If I remember correctly, His located at 2nd level Kaki Bukit Rd 2 of the big motor vehicle industrial complex, correct me if I'm wrong.
