Anyone replaced the hydraulic under the seat before??...My Tmax leaking oil on the hydraulic rod that push up the seat....

Cool man the light thing can expand & contract & change it's design according to speed! I only ever use light on air value cap b4, but not as amazing as this!

mine no leak but become very soft liao manual use hand to push up the seat always. think most of our 08 model have this problem liao...sian

Hi guys, recently i notice a hike in my fuel consumption and only began to realise that the fuel meter seems to drop slightly every now and then even when i did not ride the bike.

 

No petrol smells or leaks were noticed. No change in my riding. What could be the problem? My tmax is a 08 model registered in Jan 09. Has covered 6400miles.

No choice you have to order a new Yamaha genuine part.. There no way to repair, aftermarket not sure got it's product or not..

 

As for The fork oil to change, you can try go serangoon ave 4 find ah choong, the recommemded oil density is 10-15 that what the original factory setting using too. If fork seal leaking, change it too. Price surely better then Teck Thye much more...

If i were you i will compare my fuel consumption previously taken & present reading. If no change in km per litre then i guess could be the meter reading error...

Most probably is the gas in the cylinder leaking, causing no pressure to rise up itself... If there a slot or cache to top up the gas into the cylinder back to normal again it will be good!
