Sesshou..

How much you got it for and from HL?

Hetmetbox..

You can try bikebandit online or apps for your iphone.

Qranc21

You are already the luckier one haha. If that time I collect bike later, my bike could have been registered for you lo.

Anyway the heat could be what you said. Riding under hot condition. Parking at under ground carpark. Covering bike straight after riding. But end of the day, the main problem is not because of heat, it the pump failure to handle condition that we should face everyday.

Hi RayNg,

I bought it from the ebay link which you have posted. HL quote is out of this world.

I m using malossi 16.5g rollers & belt. Could this affect the rpm also?

I get this problem on CNY I went up malacca full throttle speed struck at 150km/h, rpm about 7k also. Then fuel consumption 12km per litre... But after almost full throttle all the way back somewhere Pagoh my bike go back normal 17-18km for FC, top speed 170km/h, rpm can go above 7k, almost reach 8500, think that the original rpm Tmax should go.

Base on the incident that my new bike 1st time up north till now, that why till now I suspect could be the mechanism part not yet season, therefore unstable on the 1st ride to north.

mine got no such prob during my trip to genting early this mth. I managed to hit 175kmh both directions.. maybe it's the cross wind, or the running temp as I travelled in the day.

That's me! Calvin. Went there cos had ordered a T-shirt to be printed (nothing to do with T-max)

Hi Guys, went to Hong Leong and received a quote from them regarding fuel pump sickness. As i have clocked 13500 miles and bike is 1.7 yeras old, i will not get a replacement fuel pump should mine kaput on me.

Was given a quote of S$320 for pump. S$80 for workmanship and plus 7% GST. Total would come up to no lesser than S$428 to be exact.

Of course my pump only have it only few times but eventually cured. But if finally kaput then will be poorer of S$428. Sigh!

Hi guys,

Just like to check with you all. During run in, is the fuel consumption very high? cause only able to get 14KM/L. RPM is between 4K to 5K. Bike feel ok but there's a strange noise once in a while

Hey I'm running in as well but tmr shall hit 1000km alrd. Then can change EO and oil filter and ride normally!

For myself, riding at 4 to 4.5 rpm speeds of 70 to 80, I manage to hit 23km/l. But I hear strange noises from e max too, not too sure whether it is normal cos this is my first scooter. Maybe e seniors here can give some opinion.

Normal fuel consumption should be around 22km/l. During run in, it could be higher but than you'll be running most of the time at lower rpm which consume less fuel. Could be your calculation is wrong(don't forget our trip meter is in miles). Or ride a few more full tank see if it's weird, else send it for a check.

Btw most of us get weird noise now and than. Mine too. For my case, it's a lose fairing or belt area. Maybe u can take note of it and see if it get worst.

Thanks bro for the headup. Forgot the trip meter is in miles...ha...ha... then my fuel consumption is around 21 km/L plus. Any way to change the trip setting to km....still not able to get used to it.
