Hi Brothers.

 

Just recently acquired a 2011 T-max. Previous owner only used for about 1 year. Still a newbie when it comes to the T-max scooter or any class 2 bike. The T-Mac is my first class 2 bike. Looking for advice from the senior bros here in the T-max cafe. Wanna ride up to MY and possibly even Hatyai next year. Of course with experienced bros here. Any bros can recommend a trustworthy shop to service T-max scooters?

 

Very much appreciated. Hoping to meet up with the rest of the T-max bros soon.

I'm assuming that your previous bike was a Bone!

 

I'm also riding a Bone now, but am taking Class 2 now precisely because I want to upgrade to a Tmax to go riding in Malaysia!

Me too only ride on wkends. I will start up my bike w/o riding on Tue and Thu.

Tue have no issue but Thu the battery will be weak liao. Luckily Sat still can start to ride.

 

Does the IU unit come with a new bike?

Hi kopvampp, I've sold my maxsym 400i which i rode for 5 mths only...And got myself a Tmax 530...The moment i took it for a spin....I love every moment of it...it handles very well...its a very well balance scooter...Even with a big size pillion, squeezing in between cars at very very slow speed..the Tmax doesn't wobble at all..And as for the power....You'll love it....at half twist of the throttle at the traffic light...you will feel yourself being jerk back...its a wild horse...its fully pack with power...the negative side is under seat storage ( only for 1 helmet ) go for it pal...no regrets...once on a Tmax...you'll never turn back....Cheers Bro..

Wow! And here I am deciding between the Maxsym and the Tmax. Main issue is cost, but have this feeling that if I chose the Maxsym over Tmax based on cost, I'll never be happy on the Maxsym...

Thanks for the advice, Eric! Think based on my aggressive riding also (harsh braking, full throttle, etc.) I might end up paying more for repairs on the Maxsym!

seems i was not fated to ride a maxsym 400i.... stupid agent 3 days before collection then tell my bikeshop left maroon...

end up tmr i will be rolling out new 2011 tmax for 18.8k otr. insurance, iu, box all included...
