Lolx taihin also got cock up.

Heard they use a wrong malossi belt and it snapped after a few days used .

So all depend la... As long u comfortable with the mech and u trusted him is most important, of course the workmanship. I rather pay more for a better workmanship than save abit and get sloppy service down. Also you had to do your own due diligence and not lead by the nose by the mech.

Hehe... When u change something try asking the mech what is it for and how it work. If the mech can answer it then I trust the mech if he bullshit me then Lolx.

Time to find another mech .

Where u normally service Bro

Posted

I agree with u Ni+3kidz but for me as a foreigner and not really aware abt tmax community I just bring the bike to repair wher I bought it from but obviously I rather pay a bit more and get good workmenship or rather diy systems still available

Will be good to know where u do service/tune ur tmax

that's the problem also ....finding a mech who is familiar with the bike. like my previous burgman , to find a good mechanic was really tricky although the bike was quite simple to work on. Maybe should just go back to hlc

For all the bros that asked .

I service my bike at AC motor.

He got good knowledge and able to answer most of my enquiry. So far I had stick with him for 10 years and all my scoot are done up by him.

Hassle free ownership for my sw for 8years under his care.

But he have internet transfer which is better . Just do up one and keep.

Transfer over the line and ride off... Better than nets or cc

anyways I ask ah Chong abt jcosta and he ask me if I wanted the titanium version. That however is almost 300 bucks more. Question is it worth it? I could get an evo3 for 500. EVO 4 titanium is abt 800 and on top of that likely can last only 2 years. Reviews so far on jcosta all either in Spanish or Italian....so anyone have an opinion on this ?

Yes i vouch for AC also. Went there to fix my horn and he did a good and neat job. Wiring all done meticulously. Going there this friday for an oil change...
