I have juz bought a 650k5, can some burgman gurus educate me on this maxi-scoot?

Like for a full tank of fuel, wats the expected mileage i will be able to achieve?

Mine's gonna hit 100k km soon, any major stuff that i should look out for?

Hi,

Anyone wants to trade down from a burgman 650 to a 400 and enjoy low fuel consumption, simplicity and lighter weight? I have a burgman 400 fuel injection model with only 8,000 original km. Registered in 2005. Will consider a trade if fair deal or if none will keep riding the 400. PM if interested.

Reason : feel that a bigger scoot will fit me better. Cheers.

Anyone fitted alarm system for ur burgman? Where's a good place to drill a hole for the LED placement w/o doing massive damage to the body panels?

Was also told that remote ignition is not good for the burgman, have to bypass some security thingy on the bike. Wonder if any of you successfully got this set up?

Bigcow.... can you share your comments on Burgmen vs a SW400? Which is more a more fuss-free and reliable ride?

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it is also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
