racer!!!!! hahaha.. kidding.

awesome man. superbly done :thumb::thumb:

thanks man...tried to be different thats all...

btw...me not raceer at all...cool and relaxed rider here...cheers mate..

ride safe..

:cheeky:

cool place to place your voltmeter, but your rpm meter, can observe it when you ride mehz

must lean back abit then can see le...

just did not like the plain stock condition so tried out something new...

its not really about knowing the exact RPM u r at coz not really important..

if it is important to u, then maybe u can try puting an analog voltmeter at my RPM there and the RPM meter at my digital voltmeter there..

ur own preference actually...

happy thinking bro...lolx!

he put water bottle holder toO!!

great for hot days and after rain, i like to dry my towel over there...

lost 2 so far though...so if anyone found a yellow and a green towel (face towel) holler out to me ya...

hahaha!

Deltaboi_X1R where u fix yr rpm meter cost hw much?

i fixed the RPM at Unique also but the catch is they dun have the meter with them. They only got voltmeter.

I bought the meter from an online forumer and brought it down there to get it fixed. Cost wise i cant really remember as did a whole bunch of stuff together...

Cheers ...

guys ask u all something heavy rain the seat comparment will go in water anot?

cozi haf alarm at the comparment

well mine does..

my ciggies, parking coupons always get wet...

but it os more serious when i spary with a hose(washing) then when compared to when it rains, be it light or heavy...

just place a towel that abosorbs water well, like the orange one which i use, over the compartment b4 u close the seat and that werks well for me...

hope this helps and would love to hear other inputs from other riders...

Cheers!

Don't have leh..

Not out yet..

or maybe cant put at all.. cos the design is curvy.

i put a bottle holder inbetween of my both legs. :cheeky:

i dispose that after i got my bike for .... 2 weeks ? ?

Yup slightly restrictive to have a front basket...

Wah you dispose urs in just 2 weeks period? What happen?

I use to saw a friendly neighbour X-1R with box at first then goes with out it later to me it just spoil the looks but nevertheless its super duper useful.

have to be brutally honest....

not satisfied with the size coz i feel its more shiok to use:

80/80 in front (Dunlop size)

but battalax smallest is 80/90

but the compound for dunlop cannot make it(cancerous)

Battalax is out of this world..

as for rims, try as far as possible to stick to the original ones as they would not damage ur swing-arm in any way.

most places force rims in which will cause ur swingarm to be spread open

Just my opinion though

Have fun bro !

hmmm so what rim size you recommend for 90/80?

I guess the width of the swing arm is fixed not adjustable. 90 is our limit not able to accomodate 100 (width)?

Thanks for sharing, widening of the swing arm by force is definitely a NO to me. What's the owner manual recommended tyre size for X-1R? Mine in thai can't understand it.

hmmm raining still OK for me, but like one of our forumer mention don't use running hose and rinise the seat surely wet the undercompartment.

water bottle holder very common alr. i also got!

but being creative, i can use it as a French Fries holder while sending orders, put my order number there for reference or put my raincoat there in case of bad weathers.

hahahhaa.. must be creative!!! :D:D:D

woooo great one, perhaps I can think of something and make a "compartment/bag" on the front hehe nid to squeeze me brain cells first

sorry mate...my manual is not with me at the moment..

will update when i get any info about it...

if u stick with the original yamaha sport rims for x1-r, then u will not have to worry about the rim size liaoz ... i wanna get those but abit out of my budget now...haiz... :sian:

if u do come up with an idea / design, do update the x1-r bros as i think many are seeking to find an alternative compartment then the norm of the box at the back. the underseat storage is also not larger enough to house all of the necessary items..

cheers mate!

yea mine goes in as well.. just dont put important things inside.

Wooo the pouches are cool, the hyperlink you post "Bike Bag IV" the size is about 1.8liter...

Attachment system is kwik klik... mounting a skeletal rack and fix the bag onto it I wonder if its feasible.

LOL Deltaboi tachometer getting more n more attention from our fellow ryders! Yup I would like to have it near speedo too.

ic. i dispose because i didnt want a box in the first place, so use it for sometime then i'll take it out as it comes with the bike. :)
