just change my coolant today. bad breaking job for an old man:sian: damn those fairing.

drain the old coolant, flush the system clean with running tap water. then flush it again twice with some distilled water. finally added 5caps of redline water wetter to about 950ml of distilled water:cheeky: very economy coolant. one bottle cost $16 and should be enough to last till the end of COE if flush yearly:thumb: just need to buy 2 bottles of distilled water.

this is the fourth time i changed coolant for my spark. started learning from internet on how to do it. some mistake i make:

1) vinegar flush. i don't think it is necessary if you have been taking care of your system well.

2) idle the bike after draining the coolant. read somewhere this will pump out water hidden in the jacket. in the end, no extra coolant flow out. running the water pump dry is a bad idea as it might wear the pump. i also burn my hand when accidentally touches the exhaust pipe.

3) flush the radiator with running tap water. by just pouring water into the system through a bottle might not be enough as there can be quite alot of gunk in the system. you need some fast running water to get it all out.

4) do check your coolant if you have not been flushing it for quite sometime.

So u mean they do sell the silencer separately? Alright will call them to enquire. Anw isit possible to decarbonise yoshi pipe?

4 stroke pipes dont need to decarbonise. There's no sludge caused by excess 2T like 2 stroke bikes.

Stock size is 39. 40 onwards is too big. Try 15 front, 38 rear.

Hmmm. Try sprocket 40 or 41, then maybe change your block to a bigger size for better pick up?

haha its me again :) going to change Tyre next week so i would like to ask wat size u all normally change for battalex?
No choice. Its 90/80 rear and 80/90 front. Not sure if anyone ever noticed this. The front and rear tyres is labelled as BT39F. F meaning for front. Again just trolling.

Thick tyres does not means its safe. The thread pattern is the one that will prevent extreme aquaplaning. Again just trolling.
