Hey I'd like to ask, spark with racing footrest can pass inspection?

No. Change to normal footrest and go for inspection. Swee swee go inspect rather then they ask you come again. Is waste of time..

problem looks like the wiring for the function button. where did you get the meter from? try to go back to them and ask them if they can rectify the problem.

Hi Advocates,

This happened only after bikewash in JB. the issue self rectified 2 days later. I suspect its the water sprayed from the bikewash wch could have caused the problem. Anyway, any recommendation of bikeshops wch can check on KOSO meter wiring? I got the bike with the KOSO meter already installed so I'm not so sure wch bikeshops have the expertise to check on it.

Hey I'd like to ask, spark with racing footrest can pass inspection?

This is all case by case basis. I pass doesnt mean you also pass. You pass doesnt mean I also can pass. It all depends on the inspecting officer. As long as you press your rear brake pedal & your rear brake light lights up & your rear wheel stops, IMHO it should not be an issue. Once again, it depends on the inspecting officer & the inspection centre you're going.

Yeah the problem should be due to the water creating a mess in the electronics. After the water is being dried up, it'll function normally If you're lucky. Hha

Hey what's the average FC you guys are having? my 3.5 litre travl around 140km only, is it normal?

i think that's not too bad for a spark. I think as long as you get 40km/l and above it's fine.... to me at least.

Anyway guys, does anyone know the rough price for a brand new front fork? And also, any idea if bangkok have bike shops that sell spark stuffs? I'm going there for a holiday so thought of going to their shops to see see look look, haha.

If your weight + pillion is quite heavy, get the YSS with canister. If both of you are slim, the YSS without canister will do. Don't get the KYB. Many riders say its good but actually it sucks.

Hey, Do you mind if you tell me more about the canister? Like what is it for and does it require any servicing? Thanks! :)
