try changing back to the old CDI and see if the problem still persist. most of the time it is due to the TPS or thermo sensor.

 

spark does have a cooling system. if it is running low, chance are you are using it for too long as the reservoir coolant doesn't really drop that much. the manual recommend changing it every 2 years IIRC. you can try DIY coolant change. that the first DIY job i did for my spark:)

Hi people. Sorry for the disturbance. Currently just took up spark not long ago. Was wondering if there's any workshop that sells or do up it's performance for you in SG? Any shops that sells external and internal parts? And is there any paintshop that gives fast work? Like maybe a few days or immediate collection on the day you go there?

Hi bros, I just got a spark, trying to get used to the gear shifting. As with normal bikes, when stopping I will keep kicking down until cannot kick and end up stopping in gear 1. With the spark, I tried to keep kicking up but it will go from 2>1>N>4.... so I end up stopping in 4 (if i remember correctly). Is that normal? How should I gear shift? Count the gears and stop at 1 exactly? Any tips?

Count. Keep kicking and it will just go one round.

why will I need to jerk the bike? Also, is it normal for the gear shift lever to be "loose"? Meaning it can wiggle around up and down without the gear getting changed. Is there a way to tighten it?

I meant jerking by moving the bike front and forth a little so that your gear can 'catch' sometimes cannot.

For the loose, yes just go to bike shop.

For me I used standard EO.. Change every 1000km

Hi bros.

m using brt dualband cdi for my spark notice the blue indicator light has gone off. Leaving the red light left only. Anybody here can enlighten me on wad has happen? Do I need to change it? Wad does de blue light stands for?
