There is no best setup. But yamaha designed the spark 135 in such a way. Does it mean something? Hehehe

Looks like the UMA 62mm ceramic coated block & forged piston/kit is selling for RM535 through out most of Malaysia. Strangely, the Shark 60mm ceramic coated block/kit sells for RM225. The FZ150 kit on the other hand, sells for RM375.

What good is a shark out of water?

Both bikes are 135cc. Yes you're right, spark uses rear drum brake as for x1r it's disc brake
Weight wise, X1R is slightly heavier than sparks. X1R parts are more expensive than sparks' parts. Basically if you're budget, get sparks. IMHO. X1R is way better looking than sparks. And i never regretted getting x1r over sparks

Best set-up is stock. Which is why most of us are still on stock.

I have never seen a headlight bulb fail inspection before. Be it white or yellow. Other colours of coz fail. Just look at how bright the headlights on the cars on the roads are. The moment they get close to you all you see in your side mirror is nothing.

Yes. Stuff like this are answered during outings, we gave up explaining in here due to several reasons.

im not sure bro but so far no problems with the white dogs and inspection. its abit yellowish so should not be a problem i guess. but seriously its so bright that i got irritated at times cause i thought theres a vehicle tailgaiting me sekali gua sorang la kat road tu.. ahahaha.. on the other hand, now seldom cars potong jalan coz im very noticeable

Thats why people should stick to one shop that they're comfortable with. For example, my mech is already like my normal friend, it doesnt hurt to ask for guidance and learn about your own bike right?

I see and talk to many new riders and whenever we talk about the insides of a bike, they have little knowledge of it. I'm scared that shops would con their money yknow. Thats where i give advice about finding your preferred shop, and teach them the basics of a bike, block, piston, top block, cam, valve and so on. Cause when i told them to google those things up, they weren't really sure. So i showed them live, those specific parts. Personally, i think thats an easier way to learn about bikes. Well each individual has their own choices, no hard feelings. =)
