I would like to say a word of "thanks" to the 2 spark riders who came to my aid on the 4th of July along Simei St 1 and Simei St 6 @ 2345hrs.

If you're reading this post, this is a sincere "thank you" from me for your concern at the accident. Thank god I'm still alive. My bike wasn't so lucky.

The car's fault i suppose?

I was involved in an accident on the 4th of July 2009 around 2330hrs near my

housing estate as I was on my way home.

I was travelling on a straight road a few minutes away from my house when a car

turning left out of the carpark failed to stop at the "stopline". On

top of that, he failed to look out for traffic.

I slowed down and managed to avoid him by filtering slightly to the right. But,

alas, mishap happened when he suddenly swerved and made a right turn into

another street, without noticing that I was by his side. Furthermore, he also

failed to signal.

His car collided into the left front of my mortorcycle and I was flung off my

bike a few meters away. During the "flying" process, my helmet's

visor flipped opened and I scrapped the front of my face on the road. I landed

on my left hip.

As a result of the collision and the impact, I sustained the following injuries:

Abrasions on my left and right arm. Abrasions on my right knee. Torn forehead.

Torn nose. Torn lips. Bruised Left Shoulder. Internal Bleeding and Bruise at

the left hip.

...the story form A - M.. N - Z, we see how it goes with my lawyer.. :p

Anybody knows where I can get DAYTONA rims like those on bro Vans89 bike above. preferably in SG.

Racing boy's designs are very limited, outdated and very common. no offenced intended cos i'm using racing boy rims too. its just that now, after the accident, i'm left with BROKEN rims. (unbelievable rite..??) but seriously, their rims quality superb. just that the impact was overwhelming i guess.

The face injuries sound serious bro. Hope you recover quick.

Hope that that justice will be done to the driver.
