seems like many ppl buying x1..

BUT!! they dun come for outing with us leh...

i suggest, we should try to mix well with those new x1 rider , see who stay near them, mayb meet up with them in small group 1st.

I vaguely remembered that top speed for x1 was 120km which would be quite a problem to cruise smoothly on the right lane of the highway which was also the main reason i gave up the x1.

 

However , rideability , dollar per mileage on it is just so tempting. ;0

by really if you wan to make x1 faster den normal original x1.. i guess you should remove the word "dollar per mileage on it is just so tempting"

No no , 120km is only about say like erm 100km matched on a car or 2A and above?

 

And that's full throttle to reach 120.

 

You usually don't see x1 on the right lane right? feels very dangerous to keep on the left as cars are moving past you constantly at a much faster speed.

yea.. but not so tempting as an aprilia.. look at the 09 model.. FUYYYYOOHH!!

Imeg , well with all those mods , how bad petrol consumption can be? 6 dollars still gets you a 100 km minimum , worst case senario.

bored... x1 is slow and and reliable and consume less petrol... haiz... brandon... u sure can tahan ma... cos i find that even u mod de x1 fully... it is still slower than ur aprilla... and also more risky... since it is so light... imaging travel allong expressway at 160km/h den one gust of big wind blow... de bike will drift off course... haha...

hmm deep irony , i gave it up due to not able to tahan and now i think i can.

 

Just want to ride it back due to testing a couple of x1 for the past few days.

 

FYI , not trying to act like a racer or ride fast on this x1.

 

Just curious if it can maintain at a comfortable 120km without it screaming at the top of it's lungs and not a full throttle if i were to put mods on it.

u mentioned your friend searching rite!? just be his sub rider once he found one la.. then he will sub your aprilia too.. if somewhat there's a nd for topup in insurance premium, well that's the price for being able to ride both rides..

n also hassle-free coz you will only nd to worry bout one bike only..

it works for me if u want top end.

pick up not that bad though.

 

and ur weight plays apart too.

hmmm there's someone here with a white X1 with gold paint work on it right? as well as a White NSR with gold NSR sprayed over it. Is he the only one with that design xD went for course today at Kranji Camp and saw this white NSR w/ gold font that caught my eyes
