When reach Thai must go for a good body massage (minus sex)...most buggers love to go but the minister who tack along on the back seat never agreessss...So they can go for the couples massage...he,hee!!!

I've heard there was an accident somewhere in Woodlands involving a black Divvy.It happen last Thursday(14/07/2005).Any Divvy guys from the forum I was told that the front part wsa very badly damaged.......The news was told by a friend of mine while I was washing my bike...!

You mean about the cinema right..? he,he,heee! They have a better seat and a well control air-con system...I don't mind to stand for a minute or so to respect..! I enjoyed the show..no need to run to toilet likewise back home....!

 

What you accept for a $8, 1hr++ massage...! I don't know about you guys, I had a good massage....alone....he,he,hee.!

HATYAI TRIP 15/07/05-17/07/05

 

How many had yearned for the day to arrive. A week of counting down and excitement finally leads to us to SHell opps Tang Dynasty at 2330. THe day to the land of smiles. The day where old" birdie" guiding the newie to explore in the foreign land.

 

DIvvy rule 1 applied " late comers banjar breakfast for all "

 

2330 sharp, one could see the arrival of the 6 bikes. Riders were busy doing the last min checks on the condition of bike tyres before heading off.. wait... wasnt it supposed to be 7 bikes? " wow , we going to have free b/f lor" as evil thoughts swarm across bb mind.

 

Cinderalla time and we decided to move off. It must have been communciation breakdown. The long awaited bike was waiting for us at GP Esso instead. Brief intro was exchanged among the unfamiliar faces.

 

Pegaso, STX, royalstar, S4, Diversions, here we roamz............

 

Weather was definitely cooling for the entire night. WOnder how many were as lucky as bb to be able to admire the sparkling stars that filled up the entire sky through out the whole night.

 

Tired monster was soon on its mission. You could see the expression that protrayed on everyone face. basically one word.. "Shack" . A surprise greeted us at one of the stops that alightened everyone's mood. at least for the divvy . A familiar handsome bugger with his diversion was resting at one corner. From far, the not unnoticable thai stickers on the side panniers told us all. who else could that be other than our king of thai .was it a merely conicidence?well .. let it be the fairy tale..How was the journey for the stretch of NS highway? sorrie to say that . BB DNT KNOW. bb was basically busy with counting stars and playing "chess" the entire night.

 

15/07/05 ~~~ day 1 at thai~~~

 

"WELCOME TO THAILAND"... the sight of the wording brightened up everyone. The tiredness of the previous night’s ride was lost with the clouds…FInally we reached the thai border and we were fAr earlier than planned since everyone was busy testing the limit of their speedometer. 2nd coincidence, handsome bugger lead us to have a gd breakfast at sadao.

 

Lucky star was definitely shinning at us or isit we got the smell of sporean? One sporean guy by the name of richard welcome us before we could even step into the hotel lobby. He even volunteered to be our tour guide. That's where we got cheaper rate for the hotel we staying.

"cheaper = money saved= more money for shopping"

 

Many were fast to make way to the comfy beds. Excitment over rule the tiredness. Everyone was on the mood to explore ard soon after 2 hrs nap. Here we go . Hatyai ... Hatyai wasnt a big town actually. but the traffic was sufficient to torture anyone and to add bonus to it. the scorching sun. it was basically burning our tender skin. How lucky the 3 pillions were. no need to wear helmet. How cooling they must have felt. The consistence of horn sound could have agitated any one who is on the boil . Lucky we all are patient buggers, arnt we ?

 

"seafood.. i wan seafood dinner. something gd to pamper ourselves " exclaimed by mr speedster. For once, we gave up the soup noodles. 7 dishes for all and the star of the nite. crayfish .. The thought of it makes me start drooling again . *thumb up* So what's next after a filling meal . Its SHOPPING time.This group of buggers can really shop and not forgetting all have the gd bargaining skills. O did I mentioned that the hotel we stayed is just beside the "pink lady ". It was definitely an eye opening for all. Especically the young ones. Pasar malam stalls were all ard the streets and the lee garden shopping centre was just beside. A wise choice made.

 

The remaining hrs of the day was OTOT. Some headed for cooling dessert while some headed for body massage. Ahem... mind u guys,, the room wasnt sound proof, so voice was kept low by all . .hehe:sweat:

 

 

16/07/05~~day 2 at hatyai~~~

At this pt of time, dnt think anyone would bear to leave the place of paradise for penang. All decided to stay for another crazy nite at hatyai even at the expense of having tedious ride back the following day.

 

seat wrapping time. all were excited to have their seats done. one started the rest followed.. well .. some changed the wrapping, some go for more cushioning etc. one ultimate aim . comfort. Shopping was definitely on the agenda of the day. How could any one missed that out. Crazy shopping for all . MOred burden for the poor -panniers. Night time, we did something that none of us had planned. Watched movie. hehe. fantastic 4. 90 bahts per pax. Indeed not very expensive. It was really an experience. All have to salute before the show starts. And one amazing thing, there was no such thing as advertisment before show. It started on the dot..the impressive part was the seats. It was incredibly comfortable.(till bb doze off a couple of time) . The feeling was like sitting on the rocking chair with cushion. The distance btween seats were reasonably spacious. Sufficent for a 1.8m tall guy to stretch his numb legs. *thumb up*.

 

After which, some active one resumed the shopping while the rest chose to retire to their rooms.

 

 

17/07/05 ~~~day 3 goin home~~~

HOme time.. EVeryone was draggin their feet to head to carpark for the bikes. Shopping "fans " actually did their last min shopping while the riders warmed up their bikes. Long way ahead..

 

BB had never like the feeling of heading home. I bet all felt the same too after the few days of enjoyment. WEather was considered gd. At least we werent roasted nor drenched. Occasional drizzling made the weather even more cooling . Of cos at the expense of our not so dry clothing. "Let's have convey ride " Mr speedster proclaimed. Was it a convey ride or a speeding convey ride at 140 to 160km/hr?

(-_-"). Last meal together at GP town before all head home. A min feast for all . MUtabak, satay, otak, ramily burger, mee goreng, nasi goreng etc.

 

Cheers to all. A nice and enjoyable trip indeed. I bet everyone had enjoyed the trip as much as I did. otherwise there wouldnt have been pple asking when will be the next trip ? ko samui? etc.. hehe..

As for those didnt manage to join us, there is alway the next time.

Welcome back guys. If you guys like shopping so much, your panniers must be securely lock for starters. I found another site where they sell spare parts. I might be gettin new locks as mine are near its expiry date. Anyone interested? Maybe can get better price if we order more?
