I'm looking high & low for a copy of the service manual, anyone kind enuf to get a copy for me, txs!! :help:

 

I'm trying to open the front cowling, after unscrewed the 2 side screws and 4 black one at the speedometer area, but still unable to open. Did I missed out any other screws? :help:

Yo bro, you forgotten the 6 at windshield. I have the mechanic service manual in hard and soft copy... many pages... afew hundreds... :giddy: :giddy: :giddy: you wan??? I can lend you, you can go and zap.......

btw, the side where got 2, I think its 4.... :confused:

Bro, upload it online leh. Think most of us only have the hardcopy, the softcopy may come in handy someday.

Backoff, must pluck out the rubber scews after removing the screws from the windshield..

Becareful when you pluck the rubber thingy out.

I did it once, and 3 of them torn. :sian:

 

btw HL selling $3.50 for one rubber. Bikelab doesn't carry anymore.

Push into the crowling and the odometer cover will be out.

Erm I have not tried uploading files before but i think there are some storage sites such as megaupload.com where we can upload the file and store it online for all to download.

maybe can try automachinery since they carry yamaha spare parts

anyway the cost of our Divy's battery(maint-free type) is $ 75 w/o installion (LAB)

Custom is rite, go thru the cowling is much more easy.

 

But now, I have another problem. After placing back the rubber thingy back, unable to get them in line with the screws, therefore unable to screw back the windscreen. Oso missed Q, one rubber thingy broke into half, going to do donation to HL liao. :help: :faint:

My Supplier will not want to produce any more of this model in the near future.
