Gonna be a divvy owner soon(just a few more days).Just would like to introduce myself in this HOT diversion forum.Read some of your articles,found em' very informative though.

 

Wonder if anyone of u guys had any extra high windshield to sell off coz i'm looking for 1.

Thanks for the info and the pics...

 

I have tried to put McTan eagle w/shield which is 60cm++ tall but its too high for my height... However, if the shield is a clear wan shd be able to see clearly. Yet to try and sit with givi w/shield. After McTan assist me to lower down the lenght i believed that 52cm++ shd be juz nice for me..

 

Will try and sit on SG bike tml & see how...

Looks like you are interested in getting the headlight protecter too-check out how many are interested and do a mass order and ask for discount... at motoworld. 1st check out a piece then ask if, 'mass order' whats the price is ~ then put out how many are interested..:smile:

Hi Kevin,

There is Nothing to be SORRY about... as what we says that it is up to their 'owners' preferrences/dicisions... not all riders are tall...and alike.

 

It is important that riders should be able to see over the screen...this is very usefull during night rides especially on Malaysian roads, as most screens are tinted and "some" of the malaysian lorry, car or even bikes- tail lights or brake light are not in proper working condition or I say faulty. We have experienced this during trips.

 

And I don't know WHY?? casper is taking/asking heights, this is going to offend some people... and what he is up too. :confused:

I am interested in getting one. I think you are also..

Divvy not like ST or FJR got two headlight... got to protect its one and only headlight. especially on NSH..

I have called up motoworld yesterday and just now, got two ans from them. Yesterday told me $55 per piece and today told me they dun carried...:nono:

Call biketech21, think their line is use for fax and phone... can't get through

I had written email to eagle, check whether they sell.....

Will keep you guys update....

I think biketech21 offer the best price for the protector.....

We can ask them if they can gif us less than S$48 if MO. I will checkout with them later (preferably nt raining) after my friday prayer and get to u guys during our meet up later.

 

While on my way back home i will check wif Motorworld for their MO pricing too..

Hi Guys,

About the head light protecter-Mctan is correct, we should wait until mctan gets a reply from the EagleScreen..wait and see, whether theirs' are cheaper and as what I know they can deliver fast too...

Hi Mctan,

 

Once you get a reply frm eagle regarding the headlight protector, than we can start our MO. If they coated more than Biketech21 offer, than we get frm biketech21... The malay brother at biketech21 offer less than S$48(clear) for at least MO of more than 5 pieces. We can try and bargian again.. As for the tinted want the price is S$53

 

We can try to get the protector by next month as its "July" Bonus.. haha!

I also need to save $$ for my GIVI w/shield and hope to get a better price like SG got.. If get cheaper, "Thanks GOD!"

Short trip tat takes around 1.5hrs of easy ride to there....

after which may go for ahsum fish near to Muar.

Cost: depend on market rate, ur bargain power, handsome etc...

Durian type: got 101 D24 and all the whatever code...

 

Date: 15 Jul 2006

Time: 9am

Back in Sg abt 3-4pm depand on how lar...

to those who r in sleath mode or watever mode, hope u can hope us for a simple ride/drive...

It is juz abt 120km away from SG...

35km more if wan to go and Muar seaside to eat ahsum fish... :hungry:

but i doubt anyone will wan to go after the durian session... :cheeky:
