6 and a half hrs to be exact!

 

I will be bringing GPS and tire repair kit as promise...

 

SG, i have somehow mounted the GPS holder(car version, the glass suction type), using cable tie to strap it down on my handle bar. Now it is very stable even on high speed... :thumb:

Hi Buggers,

 

I guess our forum will be quiet for a moment as most of our riders had went up for the trip...

 

Nevertheless, Custom, Blackangel and me had a fun ride up escorting our buggers till Kulai.. I really enjoy the ride but unfortunately unable to join them for the trip. So Kulai oso Kulai lah...:cheer:

 

Hope we hear to hear from them soon when they return back home.

I have yet to paste the rear stickers as quit busy right now... :sweat:

Front suspension had it done at Looi's.

Main problem: Improper installation after Fork seal assembly.A circular metal plate(like a 50cent coin) was put at the bottom of spring section instead of at the top.That's why the nipple can be adjusted effortlessly as there is nothing at the bottom nipple suppression.

 

Test the bike after the whole rectification,adjust suspension setting to hardest and bike is good to go with no charges incurred.(I'll be damn if i have to pay coz it's their fault)

I've booked my GIVI windshield at Chiap Lee and it's a 3 months wait.(shipment from ITALY)

I did do my recee also at this "chiap lee" . the boss also told me got to wait for 3 mths , like u say the same cost as they quote me .... just find it a bit $$$ compared to other buggers here who bought at a cheaper price .

 

got to recee some more B4 i make my final decision ,more ever , the heights of the windshield got to see which suits me , scare buy not long enuff ,end up still blast winds @ my face.....:smile:

I think the Givi windshield suits me as i've seen it on Silverghost divvy.Not too high and not too low,just nice.Just tuck in a bit to have my full head covered,purposely dun wan to cover my vision at its original height cos the screen is smoked grey.Found it risky when riding at night... Futhermore,having the windscreen too high will limit the wind flow to your face, feel hot.

 

Wonder where Silverghost is.....seems so quiet.Thought IMF already over...
