Front suspension had it done at Looi's.

Main problem: Improper installation after Fork seal assembly.A circular metal plate(like a 50cent coin) was put at the bottom of spring section instead of at the top. That's why the nipple can be adjusted effortlessly as there is nothing at the bottom nipple suppression.

Test the bike after the whole rectification, adjust suspension setting to hardest and bike is good to go with no charges incurred.(I'll be damn if i have to pay coz it's their fault)

bro... any seal once take off, it is advise to replace a new set coz the sealing are no more 100% effective.

Now pray hard tat ur seal can last u long enough for next change. :nono:

Hey everyone,

Had a hella' a time with the bunch. Many of us got tortured by Bats n wife who made us laugh nonstop. :giddy: :giddy: Laugh till my jaws hurt..

Anyway hope u all enjoyed the choice of route we took, this is one of the less travelled gem of a road. Credit to all for being safe, cooperative n a disciplined when it was necessary. Unfortunately the weather didnt allow Swift or MCtan to display their conering skills up Frasers.

Thank u all for the assistance when the small incident occured. There's no putting a true rider down and he'll b back for more.

Lastly cheers to Swift who took the effort to organise this.

U better black list Custom PTE LTD. The owner too lazy to do anything one... happy happy he open shop, not happy close shop. The shop only open on weekends but depend on his mood... better find a better shop.. :D

(Thank u Swift for the look far) Last but not least, it's a very enjoyable trip n what my wife said it a life challenge trip.

Hi guys and gals,

Back from trip.. :cheer:

It was an enjoyable trip, with a group of fun, easy going and cooperate people.

All thanks to Swift, Jleo and Beebee for their hard work, planning and organising.

I had taken some photos using my small camera. The pictures weren't very well taken, because I am still learning how to use the camera.

Click the link below and you can access to the pictures, I had reduced the picture size and quality for easy upload. If you want the original format, let me know. I will try to email to you... one original picture is about 1 to 2MB. :giddy:
